as a new model of network protocols, Underwater Sensor Networks has been widespread international concern. Acoustic can only be used for transmission. Compared with radio-frequency channels, acoustic channels feature much lower bandwidths and several orders of magnitudes longer propagation delays. Similar to land-based sensor nodes, underwater sensor nodes are usually powered by batteries which are even harder to recharge or replace in hash underwater environments. Thus, energy efficiency is an important concern for UWSN routing. The energy-efficient underwater acoustic sensor network Routing Protocol is a focus. In this paper, based on DBR, we provide a new routing protocol DBMR (Depth-Based Multi-hop Routing). Using multi-hop mode of each node to send packets, thereby reducing communication cost. Moreover, our routing protocol can take advantage of multiple-sink underwater sensor network architecture without introducing extra cost.
