Study on the Influencing Factors of Knowledge Sharing in Supply Chain

At present, with the development of knowledge-based economy, knowledge is increasingly becoming important resource of enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage and sustainable development. The member enterprises of supply chain have heterogeneous and complementary resources, knowledge sharing effectively in supply chain has become one important way of improving supply chain overall operational efficiency and gaining competitive advantage. There are many influencing factors of knowledge sharing in supply chain. In this paper, we discuss the important influencing factors from five aspects: knowledge-sharing platform, enterprise organizational structure, corporate culture, trust among enterprises and knowledge market in supply chain. It pointed out that we must build effective knowledge sharing platform, improve their organizational structure, shape the knowledge sharing culture, enhance the trust and cooperation among enterprises and build a perfect knowledge market in supply chain.

Study on the limit height of embankment filling on the expansive soil foundations

The maximum filling height of embankment (ie, the limit filling) is an imprtant problem of the design and construction when embankment filling on a certain slope of expansion soil. Currently, some disposal of non-expansion soil foundation are often applied to the engineering design and construction of expansion soil foundation. However, because of the complicated nature of expansive soil, some engineering will failure due to the deterioration of expansive soil under construction or after construction. In this paper, finite element limit analysis method is used to calculate the limit height of inclined expansive soil embankment by the APDL statement and the method of bisection. The results showed that the relationships between the embankment limit height and the horizontal angle (α)are linear. In practice, the corresponding embankment limit height will be worked out according to the ratio of slope. The results is of a clear guiding significance to the engineering design and construction, and the calculation method of embankment limit height could provide a reference for revising and perfecting the “Specifications for Design of Highway Subgrades” (JTGD30-2004).

Study on the Explicit and Tacit Knowledge Trading Model in Supply Chain

The model of knowledge trading among enterprises in supply chain is designed by the methodology of principal-agent theory, considering the characteristics of explicit and tacit knowledge, the incentives of knowledge sale, the degree of risk preference of enterprises in knowledge trading and the cost of agency. Then, Maple was used to analyse the model. The result shows that the explit knowledge trading is conducive to the establishment of cooperation between buyers and sellers. Meanwhile, the tacit knowledge trading will help improving the enthusiasm of knowledge seller. Therefore, it is pointed out that enterprises in supply chain should strengthen belief and cooperation and provide more unobstructed platform for explicit and tacit knowledge.

Research on the Knowledge Trade Model of Knowledge Market in Supply Chain

Supply chain is an important source of external knowledge and value creation. Similar with the knowledge flow in enterprise, the knowledge flow between enterprises in supply chain is pushed by the mechanism of knowledge market. There exists knowledge market between enterprises in supply chain. In this paper, the knowledge trade model of knowledge market in supply chain is analyzed on the basis of Davenport’s theory of internal knowledge market. According to the theory of principal agent, fully taking into account many factors, such as business risk preferences, transaction costs, as well as the knowledge seller’s willingness degree, this paper constructs a one-time knowledge trade model under asymmetric information. The conclusion implies that the effort level to the uncertainty by the manager is closely related to the earnings of all parties in knowledge trade. Meanwhile, the seller’s willingness degree and float proportion will increase with the reduce of knowledge buyer’s learning cost, knowledge seller’s sharing cost and risk aversion degree in supply chain.

Study on the Structural Design Partial Coefficients of Reinforced Earth Structures Based on the Least Square Principle

According to the determining methods of the structural design partial coefficients, under two basic combinations of loads, the optimum action and resistance partial coefficients are obtained about the inner stability of reinforced earth structures based on the least square principle. They include permanent action partial coefficient =1.2, heap load partial coefficient =1.3, vehicle load partial coefficient =1.4, reinforced materials resistance-breakage partial coefficient =1.56, resistance-pulled out partial coefficient =1.52, and the results show reasonable by engineering examples checking. The paper provides a reference to the new code based on probability critical state in reinforced earth structure design.
