To adjust grating eccentricity automatically and improve the accuracy and efficiency, this paper develops the control system of grating eccentric adjustment automatically based on the motion control card. On the basis of the analysis of the functions and characteristics of the DMC motion control card and the closed-loop motion control theory, the grating eccentric adjusting control system based on motion control card is developed, and on account of VC development environment the software development of grating eccentric automatic adjustment system is completed. Experiments show that the system can take the place of manual adjustment to increase accuracy to ±10μm, the adjustment efficiency to reach 30 s/each. This system has been applied in engineering, which can satisfy the requirements of the encoder grating automatic assembly.

There are kinds of corners in the mould feature, and these corners bring many problems to the mould processing. This paper summarizes the current processing problems of die corner and common processing methods in detail. The latest research results including the cutting tool path and the numerical control technology are discussed to solve the corner processing problems in the milling of corner feature.

As the result of infinite yearning for product performance in microelectronics and chemicals, increasing integration level of microelectronic products has brought about the fatal problem of heat dissipation. In order to meet the challenge of high-power chips’ heat dissipation, micro heat pipe with trapezium-grooved wick was first described digitally in this paper, then mathematical models were set up for theoretical analysis, and finally some experiments were carried out on micro heat-pipes of different groove structures manufactured by high speed spinning. The results shows that, first, micro heat-pipe with trapezium-grooved wick has fairly good warm start performance; second, inclination angle has a big influence on its heat transfer performance; third, better heat transfer performances can be obtained when the ratio of the groove’s width to its wall thickness is 1:1 and the ratio of the groove’s depth to its width is 1.5:1; fourth, thermal conductivity of micro heat-pipes with trapezium-grooved wick can be 100 times that of red copper.
