DEMOCRACIA, REPRESENTAÇÃO E A PARTICIPAÇÃO SOCIAL NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO SISTEMA NACIONAL DE ATENDIMENTO SOCIOEDUCATIVO – SINASE

This article aims to discuss the importance of representation in the Brazilian democracy scenario, refl ecting especially on the participation and representation of civil society in building, defending and promoting the rights of adolescents involved in illegal acts. For this, the data from the National Secretariat of Human Rights relating to the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents were analyzed, the research report by the Applied Economic Research Institute and the document that deals with the National System of Socioeducative Plan, and literature review. This study allowed us to perceive the role of the Council, by promoting social participation in his paintings, he demonstrated active participation of civil society in supporting the creation of Law 12.594/2012 created the National System of Socioeducative. The analyzes indicate that democracy increasingly requires the direct shareholding in search of warranty rights.

NANOMEDICAMENTOS E OS DESAFIOS DA ANVISA DIANTE DA INEXISTÊNCIA DE UM MARCO REGULATÓRIO NO BRASIL

A nanotecnologia, em razao de suas propriedades singulares, pode proporcionar inumeros beneficios em diversas areas estrategicas: saude, eletronica, alimentacao, agricultura, meio ambiente entre outras. Um dos ramos mais promissores e o desenvolvimento e comercializacao de nanomedicamentos que prometem revolucionar o campo de aplicacao da medicina. No Brasil, a Agencia Nacional de Vigilância Sanitaria (ANVISA), que tem suas atribuicoes definidas na Lei no 9.782/1999, e o orgao responsavel por fiscalizar a producao e a comercializacao desses novos medicamentos. Nesse artigo, sera dado enfoque aos desafios da ANVISA considerando a existencia de nanomedicamentos no mercado de consumo que nao sao identificados ou reconhecidos como tais pela vigilância sanitaria diante da inexistencia de uma norma regulatoria nacional.
