PC1D software, which was developed by the University of New South Wales, has been used to simulate photovoltaic properties of crystalline semiconductor devices. The paper focuses on the simulation of silicon solar cell by PC1D. The simulation of silicon solar cell is carried out by setting up key parameters, which include device area, thickness, band gap, etc. Several important characteristics of silicon solar cells are obtained by simulation.

Working principle of the solar fiber optic lighting system is described in this paper, on this basis, automatic tracking concentrator device, transmission device and radiation equipment which are the three main components of solar fiber optic lighting system is designed,the software and hardware in the control systerm is designed. the method when the sunlight is insufficient is presented, at last gaving saveral important conclusions.

In this paper, strong Moire-fringe density and direction are studied in noisy phase maps using a preprocessing method of automatic Moire–fringe analysis. This information can be used to improve the performance of 2-D phase unwrapping methods, to construct phase-jump-preserving filtering strategies, and also to perform robust segmentation of phase data. The method is highly insensitive to noise, is model based and perforros the studies in the Fourier domain.

This paper, innovative approaches are based on laser scanning and image analysis, presents an efficient composite technique for object profile extraction with real-time image processing. High throughput is obtained by algorithmic prefiltering to restrict the image area, while high accuracy is achieved by neural recontruction of the profile.

Three kinds of theories about the interaction of laser and material are expounded. The transmission process of laser energy and the Effects of several factors including wavelength, temperature and surface coating on absorption rate are analyzed. The mathematical model and the solution method of the interaction process of laser and material are established, and the applications of laser in the semiconductor material processing with examples. Finally, several important conclusions are produced.

This paper expounds the working principle and the development program of on-line real-time automatic detector with high precision. By a series of techniques, such as combining driving frequency regulation and integration time adjustment, the independent regulations of high-speed synchronous counter, data transmission clock and transfer clock of optical signal are achieved, and the technical problems that the clock synchronization is difficult to control as well as the signal to noise ratio (SNR) varies with the CCD output signals are solved. The dealing circuit of constant current power is designed to ensure the light-emitting stability of light source, and the amount of data is greatly reduced by the narrow pulse center collection. The instrument has several characteristics, such as high precision, on-line and real-time, non-contact measurement, fast measuring speed, and so on.

The characteristics of the solar energy and three conversion mode of solar energy including photovoltaic conversion, solar thermal conversion, and photochemical conversion are represented in this paper. On this basis, the materials used in solar cell, as well as the working principle of solar cells, the factors of low convert efficiency of solar cells and the two major bottlenecks encountered in the solar application are analyzed. The idea that spontaneous arrangement of compound organic molecules is achieved by changing the molecular arrangement structure of the organic thin-film solar is put forward. The new structure of liquid crystal layer come into being accordingly so that the electron donor and the receptor molecules of the mixture are separated, and the contacting area between them is enlarged. So the efficiency solar photovoltaic is improved. The research and development of this new technology can solve the technical problem of the low conversion efficiency of solar cell, and open up an effective way to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cells. At last,the prospect of solar photovoltaic technology, solar energy exploit technology and the development of industry is offered in the article.

In the paper, the main properties of Moire fringe, such as average effect, amplification effect, corresponding relation are elaborated, and the principle of Moire Ct technique is represented. On the basis of main features of Moire fringe, multidirectional Moire Ct deflection system is designed using high accuracy Ccd, grating, filter, lens, planar mirror and optical splitter. The system has simple light path, and can be easily made into the one that has large caliber.It can analyze multidirectional records of the probe at the same time, and can obtain clear interference patterns.The iterative technique combined with computer chromatography algorithms is used to achieve inversion of multidirectional clear interference patterns so that the required parameters can be acquired. Moire Ct technique is applied to laser flexible manufacture. Produced parts are delaminated on the paper, and are stratified manufactured until they are connected to forming. Cad/Cam system is adopted to construct Spatial three-dimensional geometric model, and the data files are formed. Then by using the Small triangle plane, the inner and outer surfaces of the data files are discretized. Discretized parts model is made chromatography with mathematical methods using Cam software. A series of parallel horizontal intersecting planes are generated. The problems of filtering arrangement tangent points are solved by recombining the shape and structure relationship among the triangular mesh. Several conclusions are presented.
