Permanent Education in relation to Family Health Strategy: a descriptive-exploratory study

Study of Permanent Education (PE) in relation to Family Health Strategy (FHS). Issue: the existence of conflict between professionals and authors about the concepts of health education processes and the impact of these conflicts on the implementation of PE. Aims: to identify the concept of PE as understood by the multiprofessional FHS team; to experiment with a technology with the group in order to enlarge the concept of PE; to develop a PE experience within FHS. Method: field study, descriptive, exploratory, with qualitative approach. Results: the study produced three categories: Permanent Education in the daily practice of health services: concept understood by professionals: the Health Ministry policy. Discussion: the concept of PE became clearer to the majority of the professionals who participated in the intervention. Conclusion: the experiment was significant and gave the possibility for the team to consider and rethink the unit working process

CONTRIBUINDO PARA A EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE NA SAÚDE MENTAL

Este artigo tem como objetivo relacionar a obra de Theodor W. Adorno – O poder educativo do pensamento critico – com a educacao permanente no campo da saude mental de forma a refletir sobre os subsidios que sustentam o exercicio profissional no campo da saude mental. Evidenciou-se que, fazer educacao permanente em saude (EPS) exige reflexao critica sobre as praticas de atencao, de gestao e sobre as praticas de ensino, buscando processos educativos aplicados ao trabalho o que em saude mental pode possibilitar a sustentacao de uma pratica que precisa ser construida e reconstruida a cada dia, a cada encontro com sujeitos em sofrimento psiquico. Conclui-se que, o pensamento de Adorno vai ao encontro com a finalidade da EPS, pois esta e uma atividade educativa de carater continuo, cujo eixo norteador e a transformacao do processo de trabalho, centro privilegiado de aprendizagem. Continuous education in health and the implementation of nursing diagnoses: A descriptive study.

This is a dissertation project for the Professional Masters in Health Education from Fluminense Federal University. In this we aim to describe the nursing process in a public hospital specializing in hematology; to analyze the problems and challenges identified by the multidisciplinary team in terms of nursing diagnoses; to discuss the contribution of continuing education with regard to using nursing diagnoses; to propose a facilitating pedagogical strategy for the use of nursing diagnoses as the basis for the implementation of care and evaluation of results based in the National Policy on Permanent Health Education. This is a descriptive exploratory field study in which we have adopted a qualitative approach. The research will be undertaken in a public hospital located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The subjects are professionals of all categories who are part of a pilot unit in which the research will be held. The ethical aspects will be respected according to Resolution 196/96 .
