PERHITUNGAN NILAI GARANSI MINIMUM MANFAAT KEMATIAN PADA ASURANSI UNIT-LINK

The guarantee minimum on unit-linked insurance applies only to the most extreme situations of very bad rate of return on the fund’s policyholders. One of the investment guarantees commonly used in unit-link is guaranteed minimum death benefit (GMDB). The final value under unit-linked insurance contracts can be expressed in terms of options that can be calculated using the Black-Scholes-Merton method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of age to the guarantee minimum value calculated using the Black-Scholes-Merton method. The calculation of GMDB value based on case simulation in this study resulted that the increasing age of the insured the greater the minimum guarantee value to be obtained.

PERAMALAN PERSEDIAAN INFUS MENGGUNAKAN METODE AUTOREGRESSIVE INTEGRATED MOVING AVERAGE (ARIMA) PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PUSAT SANGLAH

Infusion supplies are an important thing that must be considered by the hospital in meeting the needs of patients. This study aims to predict the need for infusion of 0.9% 500 ml of NaCl and 5% 500 ml glucose infusion at Sanglah General Hospital (RSUP) Sanglah so that the hospital can estimate the many infusions needed for the next six months. The forecasting method used in this research is the autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) time series method. The results of this study indicate the need for infusion at Sanglah Hospital as many as 154,831 units for infusion of 0.9% NaCl 500 ml and 8,249 units for 5% 500 ml Glucose infusion.

PENERAPAN METODE LOGIKA FUZZY MODEL TAHANI DALAM PEMILIHAN HARDWARE KOMPUTER

This study to determine the selection of computer hardware using fuzzy database method. This is because of many series of hardware produced by the manufacture, so the public will be confused in determining the choice of a combination of computer assembly. In this study the processor, motherboard, random access memory, hard disk, vga cards, power supply studied to find best recommendation. The result obtained from this study these several results obtained in study in the form of recommendation, that is if the recommendation value 0 then the hardware is not displayed as a decision, whereas if the recommendation value is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1 the device will be displayed as a decision according to the value of its recommendation.
