Cuidar-educando em enfermagem: passaporte para o aprender/educar/cuidar em saúde

Trata-se de um ensaio sobre o cuidar e o educar em enfermagem a partir de uma abordagem convergente integrativa entre os enfoques, elucidando que o processo dialogico entre o sujeito cuidador e sujeito-cidadao do cuidado deve ocorrer numa perspectiva problematizadora, contextualizada e transversalizada entre os dois mundos conceituais que envolvem a relacao do ser humano. Mostra ainda, que para o profissional exercer o cuidar e o educar, ele precisa usar um passaporte que o conduza a diferentes escalas de saberes de forma criativa, estetica, etica, politica e tecnica. Na qual o educar potencializa a capacidade do cuidar e a utilizacao deste, o capacita para intervir de forma construtiva/reflexiva, singular/plural, dinâmica/flexivel, num determinado contexto historico cultural de relacoes entre os sujeitos.This is an essay about care and education in nursing from integrative and converging approaches, elucidating that the dialogical process between the subject who cares and the citizen-subject who is cared must occur in a problem-maker perspective, contextualized and transversalized between the two conceptual worlds that involve the human relations. It shows furthermore that, to the professional exert the care and education, he must use a passport that conducts him to different scales of knowledge in a creative, aesthetical, ethical, political and technical approach. In which the education empowers the capacity of care and the use of it, capacitates him to intervent in a constructive/reflexive, singular/plural, dynamic/flexible way, in a given historical cultural context of relationships between subjects.

O cuidado na perspectiva de Leonardo Boff, uma personalidade a ser (re)descoberta na enfermagem

It is an essay about Boffs contribution for care in the macro dimension, from its ecological point of view and micro in the care among the human beings. The author bases the concept of care starting from theological, philosophical, social, and mystical questions, visualizing the human relations that move through the ecological dimension: integral, social and environmental. It aims to know/understand the care broached by the author for the ontological and epistemological fundamentation of care in nursing. Trata-se de relato de experiencia, de abordagem critico-reflexivo, e cunho descritivo-compreensivo, sobre a vivencia de ser bolsista PIBIC/CNPq da pesquisa multicentrica A Dinâmica da familia de idosos mais idosos: o convivio e cuidados na quarta idade, no contexto de Jequie-BA, durante o periodo de vigencia da bolsa (Agosto/2008 a Julho/2009). O objetivo e relatar a experiencia como bolsista, a fim de estimular outros graduandos a enveredarem pelos caminhos da pesquisa. Os sujeitos dessa pesquisa sao o par formado de familiar cuidador principal do idoso de 80 anos e mais de idade e o proprio idoso cuidado. A experiencia possibilitou ampliar a visao de mundo, enlacando contextos, complexidade e intersubjetividade do universo da investigacao.
