Relationship between demographic characteristic of employees and cyberloafing behavior

Sanal kaytarma calisma yasaminda hem isgoren hem de orgutsel hedefleri etkileyen sapkin davranis sekillerinden birisidir. Bu calisma otel isletmelerinde isgorenlerin isle ilgisi olmayan ve sanal kaytarma davranislari ile demografik ozellikleri arasindaki iliskiyi belirlemeyi amaclamaktadir. Arastirma verileri Kemer, Beldibi, Camyuva, Belek, Kundu, Antalya’daki 5 ve 4 yildizli otellerdeki isgorenlerden Sanal Kaytarma Olcegi anket formu araciligi ile toplanmistir. SPSS 22.0 ile analizi yapilan verilere faktor analizi, t testi ve tek yonlu Anova uygulanmistir. Sonucta isgorenlerin bazi demografik ozellikleri ile sanal kaytarma davranisi arasinda anlamli iliskinin oldugu belirlenmis ve bulgular tartisilmistir.

İşgörenlerin kişilik özelliklerinin sanal kaytarma davranışı üzerindeki etkisi

Sanal kaytarma isyerinde calisma saatleri icinde is disi amaclarla internet, telefon kullanimi, televizyon seyretme gibi isyeri sapkin davranislaridir. Bu calismanin amaci konaklama isletmelerinde isgorenlerin kisilik ozelliklerinin sanal kaytarma davranisi uzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bu calismanin verileri Kemer, Beldibi, Camyuva, Belek, Kundu, Antalya’daki 5 ve 4 yildizli otellerde calisan isgorenlerden anket formu araciligiyla yuzyuze gorusme yapilarak elde edilmistir. Toplam 600 adet anket dagitilmis olup bunlardan 400 adedi degerlendirmeye alinmistir. Calismada kullanilan anketler literaturden yararlanilarak olusturulmustur. Likert tipi 5’li olcekte olusturulan iki farkli olcek toplam dokuz boyuttan olusmaktadir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0 paket programindan yararlanilmis ve veriler faktor analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi ile cozumlenmistir. Sonucta olusturulan 20 hipotezden 9’u kabul edilirken 11’i reddedilmistir.

The Role of the Institutional Websites on Students’ School Choice: A Comparison for the Higher Education Levels in Tourism

The purpose of present research is to investigate the effects of the information on tourism higher education institutions’ websites on students’ school choice. Appropriate to the research model, 5-point Likert type survey has been prepared. The data is collected from associate degree, undergraduate and graduate level students at public universities in 6 provinces for the academic years of 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 through face to face to interviews as well as email and social media with structured surveys. Obtained data have been analyzed via PASW 18.0 statistical software. The factor analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and regression analysis were used. All variables are found to be positively correlated with each other. The results of regression analysis show that institutional image and access to information are the determining factors of students’ school choice at every level higher education. The impact of facilities and academic staff shows variety according to the level higher education.
