Future of data mining is the social network mining, especially in connection with the web pages, will incorporate the network timeline that are generated with social network extraction. This approach we use to deal with dynamic and process of evolution in networks. Although there is an increasing interest about the social network analysis, but a little of them has a significant impact to social substructures mining. Therefore this paper proposes the mining of social network based on unit analysis in social network analysis to build a network: vertex and edge. In study we used multiple regression to determine the relations of resources of networks, but we explore naturally formal relation of vertices and edges like leadership of an author, and then we explained in experiments. So there is the role of each actor in the social networks.

In this paper we study the relationship between query and search engine by exploring some properties and also applying their relations to extract keyword for any social actor by proposing new method. The proposed approach based on considering the result of search engine in the singleton and doubleton. In this paper, we develop a novel method for extracting keyword automatically from Web with mirror shade concept M2M. Results show the potential of the proposed approach, in experiment we get that the performance recall and precision of keyword depend on both weights singleton and tfidf and the distance of them.

Social network can be extracted from different sources of information, but the resources was growing dynamically require a flexible approach. Each social network has the resources, but the relationship between resources and information sources requires explanation. This paper is aimed to address the behavior of the resource in the growth of social networks by using the association rules and statistical calculations to explain the evolutionary mechanisms. There is a strong effect on the growth of the resources of social networks and totally behavior of resources has positive effect.

There are differences in the resultant of extracting the relations between social actors based on two streams of approaches in principle. However, one of the methods like the superficial methods can upgraded to make the information extraction by using the principles of the other methods, and this needs proof systematically. This paper serves to reveal some formulations have the function for resolving this issue. Based on the results of experiments conducted the expanded method is the adequate.

Web as social media can be used as a reference for determining social behaviour. However, the information extraction involves a search engine is not easy to give that picture. There are several properties of the search engine to be formally disclosed to provide assurance that the information is feasible. Although quite a lot of research that has revealed the interest of the Web as social media, but a few of them that have revealed behaviour of information related to social behaviour. In this case, it needs the formal steps to present possibilities related properties. There are 12 properties that are interconnected as behaviour of information and then it reveals several meanings based on the simulation results of any search engine.

The use of Web as social media is steadily gaining ground in the study of social actor behaviour. However, information in Web can be interpreted in accordance with the ability of the method such as superficial methods for extracting social networks. Each method however has features and drawbacks: it cannot reveal the behaviour of social actors, but it has the hidden information about them. Therefore, this paper aims to reveal such information in the social networks mining. Social behaviour could be expressed through a set of words extracted from the list of snippets.

It is possible that a technology affects other technologies. In this paper, we explored the possibility to reveal the performance of improved information retrieval through the extraction method of social network. Any extracted social network structurally is not a complete graph so it is possible to build the star social networks as the optimal form of graph, which guides to model the implication of information retrieval: the formulation of recall and precision, by using a sample, it show better performance on average over \(90\%\) and \(58\%\), respectively.

In Web, it is not easy to determine any issues regarding whom and related to whom. Especially in the information age, the information in a document can be grown in the document (Web pages) to another. In the Web there are a lot of issues as a picture about social activities. This paper aims to build an approach or implementation of a rule by involving social networks. Social actors related to the issue and their relations have been gouged Web page corresponding to issues. Based on the rule, the information source is the social actors. In this case, the negative issue comes from the social actors that speak first about them.

The Web as a source of information has become part of the social behavior information. Although, by involving only the limitation of information disclosed by search engines in the form of: hit counts, snippets, and URL addresses of web pages, the integrated extraction method produces a social network not only trusted but enriched. Unintegrated extraction methods may produce social networks without explanation, resulting in poor supplemental information, or resulting in a social network of durmise laden, consequently unrepresentative social structures. The integrated superficial method in addition to generating the core social network, also generates an expanded network so as to reach the scope of relation clues, or number of edges computationally almost similar to n(n − 1)/2 for n social actors.

Of course, preservation of cultural heritage is a task given by UNISCO charter, but bequeath the cultural heritage to the next generation is most important. The cultural heritage contains the lost intelligence, displaced by modernization and globalization, but ICT can be a way out although ICT has a negative effect. Based on the component we apply ICT, we derive a framework for applying ICT as core and next generation as consideration scope.
