The electromagnetic wave equation in the Plebanski space-time has been reduced to a one-dimensional wave equation with real short-range potential. We then find that the superradiance phenomenon occurs.

Abstract Using quantum field theory in the Kerr-Newmann-Kasuya spacetime, which includes all the black hole spacetimes as special cases, we extract the thermodynamic properties of this spacetime, which can also be found in the entropy formula obtained in the manner suggested by Bekenstein.

The supersymmetric extension of theNUT–Kerr–Newman (NUT–KN)space–time is investigated. Along with fourstandard supersymmetries, this type of space–timeadmits fermionic symmetry generated by the square root of the bosonic constant of motion exceptthe Hamiltonian. Such a new supersymmetry corresponds tothe Killing–Yano tensor, which plays an importantrole in solving various field equations in thisspace–time.

Using quantum field theory in black hole-type spacetimes with horizons, which includes all the black hole solutions and also some other interesting solutions in general relativity, we obtain Hawkings thermal spectrum of Dirac particles near the event horizon as well as the cosmological horizon of the spacetime.

We study the geodesic motion of pseudo-classical spinning particles in the NUT–Reissner–Nordstrom space–time. We investigate the generalized Killing equations for spinning space and derive the constants of the motion in terms of the solutions of these equations. We give an analysis of the motion on a cone and on a plane.

We study the equilibrium configurations of a cosmic string described by the Nambu action in curved spacetime such as the Kerr-Newman-Kasuya spacetime, which is the Kerr-Newman spacetime involved with extra magnetic monopole charge. In this study it is interesting to note that the physical results remain the same whether or not the magnetic monopole does exist in nature.

We obtain a solution of new general relativity from a solution of Einsteins general relativity which includes many known solutions, such as Kerr-Newman-Kasuya, Kerr-Newman, Kerr, and NUT, as special cases.
