Structural determination of chlorotrifluoroethylene dimers by 13C19F INEPT NMR

Abstract The 13C19F INEPT NMR method has been applied to determine the chemical structures of the dimers of chlorotrifluoroethylene synthesized in sulfuryl chloride. These have been identified as a mixture of 1,2,4,4-tetrachlorohexafluorobutane and 1,1,4,4-tetrachlorohexafluorobutane.

炭水窒素アナライザーと小型電子計算機を結合し,データ取得,感度係数計算,補正計算,元素組成計算などの一連のデータ処理を自動化するシステムについて検討した.電気検出による雑音の影響は1ピークあたりのサンプリング点をじゅうぶん多く取り,平均することによって除くようにした.また補正計算は補正表を用いる代わりに,補正表と同じ値を与える関数を作成してメモリーを節約した.手計算とオンラインの結果を比較したところ,オンラインによる精度の低下は認められなかった.従来,データ処理に1試料につき約5分必要とされたのが,自動化により即時処理可能となり,自動サンプラーと連動させることにより12試料までの完全自動測定が可能となった.

Simultaneous determination of tin and zinc in glass by the square-wave polarography

スズ(IV),亜鉛(II)は塩化カリウム-塩酸支持電解液中で良好な還元波を示す.ポーラログラフによるガラス中の微量スズ,亜鉛についての定量に本支持電解液を応用し満足すべき結果を得た.定量方法は,試料100~500mgをフッ化水素酸と硫酸で分解し,蒸発乾固する.残留物を塩酸に溶解したのち塩化カリウムを加え,1.0M塩化カリウム-0.2N塩酸の溶液とする.溶液の一部を電解びんにとり水銀池を対極とし,スズに対しては-0.2~-0.7V,亜鉛に対しては-0.7~-1.3Vのク形波ポーラログラムを記録し,あらかじめ作成した検量線で各成分を定量する.本法は複雑な化学的分離操作をまったく行なわず約3時間でガラス中の両成分の定量ができる.
