The ultrastructural features of the sperm were studied in the hermaphroditic teleost Satanoperca jurupari HECKEL, 1840 from Amazon River. Spermatocytes, spermatids and sperm develop in the testicular cysts among the different oocyte stages. Different stages of early spermatocyte development, mainly the ones with synaptonemal complexes were often observed. The mature spermatozoa belong to the introsperm type, with a short head (approximately 3 microns long and 1.3 microns wide) without acrosome, short midpiece (approximately 1.2 microns long and 1.8 microns wide) containing several mitochondria surrounding two centrioles and forming a mitochondrial collar. They have two flagella (each approximately 15 microns long) each of which has a common 9 + 2 microtubular pattern. Each flagellum has two opposite lateral cytoplasmic extensions that begin about 3 microns the midpiece still close to the end piece of flagellum.

Objective: To review in the scientific literature the risks of Gestational Diabetes in overweight pregnant women acquired during pregnancy, as well as the benefits of healthy eating habits for pregnant women during prenatal and all gestation, combined with regular physical activities. Methodology: We carried out an integrative review of studies found in the PubMed database of the National Library of Medicine and the National Library of Medicine (BVS) National Library of Health, where we analyzed, filtered and selected the studies that corresponded to the question of this research. Results: It was identified that gestational diabetes is a condition that is increasingly observed and diagnosed during gestation, being associated to the lifestyle of each individual as well as interventions performed by professionals with the goal of prevention and treatment of the disease. Conclusion: The nurse must act with excellence in the care of these women, so that there is control of this disease and a gestational outcome without intercurrences, in a satisfactory way.

Introduction: The burden of care in family refers to the weight caused by the primary caregiver role to psychiatric patients and the difficulties encountered in performing this function in daily life. nObjectives: Assessing the objective and subjective overload of family members who live with the reality of psychiatric disorder in a child day-care psychosocial care center. Methods: Cross-sectional study, descriptive-exploratory, of quantitative approach, with non-probabilistic samples of accidental type with 80 families of psychiatric patients held in a Psychosocial Care Center. For overload evaluation, the subscales B and D of the Family Overload Rating Scale (FBIS-BR) were used. nResults: The study was conducted with 80 families of psychiatric patients. The average age of female caregivers was 39,6 years old, and 40,7 years old for male caregivers, with female predominance (87,5%) compared to men (12,5%), with low education for both genres. Family caregivers presented high objective burden due to excessive demand attention (p<0,001), heteroaggressiveness (p<0,001) and perplexing behavior of psychiatric patients regarding the supervision of problematic behaviors (p<0,001). The items on the impact on the familys daily routine have not helped to generate objective overload for the family members. On subjective overload, it was clear to observe familiar members with high degree of disturbance in all the dimensions assessed (p < 0,001). nConclusion: The high degree of care overload observed in family members indicates the need to develop contacts with the family of the psychiatric patient to answer questions, offer support and assistance to the family caregiver. nKeywords: Caregivers.
