Audiovisual como produto cultural: comunicação de pesquisa da disciplina de seminário das indústrias criativas

This paper presents a reflection on the teaching-learning process, through an active methodology of an academic community. The discipline of the Graduate Program in Social Memory and Cultural Heritage, entitled Industries Seminar Creative provided an opportunity to master’s students from 2015, the research and development of a film type documentary about two former governors of the Rio Grande do Sul State. The general objective of the activity was to reflect on the different government administrations culture in RGS State working through the picture and sound. By identifying the public policy differences students sought, through a directed script, interview the former governors in order to contextualize the period and projects of each government. Methodologically the field research steps were exploratory interviews and footage. It was possible for the guidelines to identify the results of these research activities opportunity a reflection on the cultural potential.

Um novo pensar teórico e prático a partir da formação acadêmica integral

This study aims to understand possible connections of academic education and the construction of a new habitus from the non-formal education offered in the social space of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Wanted to relate, through history and institutional memory an academic Unit, such as extracurricular activities may allow the expansion of the cultural capital of the social agents inserted in the cultural field (academic). It starts with the Bourdieus theory of reproduction of social hierarchies within a field and show up alternatives to social mobility. The construction of the object of research in development, offers provisional findings from the genesis of concepts such as the linking of institutional memory with the formation of group identity; the existence of opportunities for the creation of a new habitus and cultural capital accumulation through the wide range of extracurricular activities offered at the University.

EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR NO PERÍODO DE 1995 A 2010: NOVOS CENÁRIOS A PARTIR DA GOVERNANÇA

This article aims to reflect on governance in higher education and has the general objective to demonstrate through statistical data the admission of students and the increase in enrollment, from 1995 to 2010. This period was selected to highlight the changes in globalization scenario in Brazil and also due to the development of new programs that have been linked to higher education. It was used methodologically the database of the National Institute of Educational Studies Teixeira (INEP) to develop a quantitative and descriptive study using secondary data. It can be considered finally that according to data presented to the governance of the area coupled with the investments and institutional arrangements in higher education management system were very expressive.

A evolução do emprego na região do Corede Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Consinos) no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul: o caso da Indústria Criativa nos anos de 2000

Um dos melhores indicadores de desempenho economico e social de uma regiao e o emprego de sua mao de obra, haja vista que representa a possibilidade de insercao social e a melhoria dos padroes de vida da populacao. Tambem representa uma possibilidade de diversificacao de ocupacoes e, assim, variados graus de alternativas, no caso de crises, que possam ocorrer em um mercado especifico. A regiao do Corede Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Consinos), no RS, especializada na producao do complexo calcadista, vem, ao longo das decadas de 1990 e de 2000, perdendo participacao no PIB e na geracao de emprego no Rio Grande do Sul. Mesmo a acumulacao de conhecimento, a criatividade, as inovacoes e as competencias tecnologicas, presentes na economia local, nao foram suficientes para reverter as adversidades da abertura do mercado brasileiro aos importados. No entanto, outras opcoes de atividades produtivas vem sendo perseguidas, atraves do que se denominam industrias criativas. O objetivo deste trabalho e apresentar o comportamento do emprego formal e da renda, na decada de 2000, provenientes dos empregos totais, e das industrias criativas, entre 2000 e 2010, verificando se o primeiro acompanha o mesmo ritmo do segundo. Utilizando-se do CAGED/MTE e da estatistica descritiva, o trabalho buscara verificar se houve uma evolucao positiva do emprego. Conclui-se que, no medio prazo, ainda ha muitas possibilidades de avanco quanto a diversificacao da matriz produtiva, sobretudo quando se considera que a atual conformacao da industria criativa no Consinos traz em si um fortissimo impacto nas atividades ligadas ao calcado, motivo que eleva as dificuldades enfrentadas por ela.
