Carolina Mousquer Lima; Maria Cristina Poli

Music and a little bit of silence: from voice to the subject. The article seeks to investigate the possible effects of the work with music in the clinic of the psychoses. From the experience in different clinical spaces, especially in a Caps (Psycho-social Service Center), the authors support the hypothesis of the music like a powerful road in the creation of intervals between the subject and the Other: constant challenge in this clinic. From that analysis upsurges the subject of silence, as an essential element in the direction of the psychoses treatment.

Sexuação e formas contemporâneas de representação

Maria Cristina Poli

WHEN A WOMAN IS MOTHER: FEMININE JOUISSANCE IN MOTHERHOOD

Márcia Barcellos Alves; Maria Cristina Poli

From the clinical listening of women concerning the strains of motherhood, this article intends to discuss the indications of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan regarding the comings and goings of the feminine and the maternal positions. This article proposes that Lacans writings on the matter of jouissance make it possible to discuss the relation between feminine and maternal through a path other than that of complementarity but neither one of exclusion, insofar as that relation may be taken within the condition of supplementarity.

Adolescer com Arte (e psicanálise): projetos escolares

Maria Cristina Poli; Kátia Regina Monte Faissol

This paper discusses the process of becoming an adolescent in the contemporary world through the lens of psychoanalysis, from a work in a federal public school in the city of Rio de Janeiro. We based our intervention with teenagers on the presentation of the projects Multiplas Vozes (Multiple Voices) and Refazer (Re-do), giving them the opportunity to expand the symbolic universe in which they live through the encounter with some artistic expressions. This way, the opportunities to unveil new ways on creating new social bonds in the process of insertion in the adult world are expanded.

Arte & Psicose: A Obra de Arthur Bispo do Rosário

Maria Cristina Poli; Dalva Botelho Gandra Mesquita

This work intends to analyze the link between clinical and research in the field of psychoanalysis and its aftermath in reading the subject of the unconscious. Therefore we started at the realization that, in addition to clinical cases, Freud also used the study of artists and cultural productions. In particular, in studying psychosis, Freuds precursor contribution came from reading the published Memoirs of Schreber. It was by reading and analysing this book that the psychoanalyst based his main theses about paranoia. In this article, we highlight his proposition that delusion is an attempt to rebuild the world, shaken by the psychotic break. From this reading of Freud, we seek to examine how, in a similar way, the work of a mad genius, Arthur Bispo do Rosario, demonstrates the actuality of Freudian method and the importance of apprehending psychosis, specifically, this link with cultural production.

SABER, DESEJO E ATO: O QUE ÉDIPO E HAMLET DIZEM À PSICANÁLISE

Hevellyn Correa; Maria Cristina Poli
