This paper presents a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) method of improving web-based intelligent reports of an e-learning system as intelligent system, which was created and implemented at the Technical Faculty in Cacak, University of Kragujevac. The focus is on improving LMSs (Learning Management Systems) or e-learning systems by predicting behavior patterns of students and adjusting the structure of these electronic courses. An existing learning management system is improved by using data mining techniques and increasing the efficiency of the courses using custom modules. This study presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of the system. Future work should relate to the continued improvement of the PDCA-created system, as well as the introduction of additional modules and a comparative analysis of the presented and future results.

The paper presents the results of statistical analyses of ICT innovations on the examples of global and local standardisation. PDCA and methodology of statistical research were applied. Relying on the original research, ICT innovations were analysed in the period between 2000 and 2012, along with all areas of human endeavour. Regression equations were presented by explicit mathematical relations and their applicability in time was analysed. Furthermore, this paper presents unique indices obtained by multicriteria analyses, for a closer determination of ICT innovations and the creation of models of knowledge excellence. The objectives of further development are also given.

The paper presents part of a study on collective knowledge and innovations in IT as well as an extract segment from a comparative statistical analysis of trends in the global-local standardisation of the pathways of knowledge and IT innovations in IT applications. The aim of the paper is to provide and promote educational and financial resources for the quality of knowledge in IT application. ISO (global) and SRPS (local) documents on IT and IT applications have been extracted from this statistical sample and analysed. The main results of the research are presented with phases of the PDCA methodology

Abstract This paper presents a study of the collective knowledge in information technology (IT) and the comparative analyses of innovative trends in the standardisation of the roads of knowledge in the subfields of software engineering (SE). The focus is on the amount of required innovation that will be necessary in the examples database of standardised units in IT and SE for the improvement of the information systems (IS). The goal is to determine how to obtain appropriate knowledge in IT and SE to model the excellence of IS. The contribution to the modelling of IS excellence in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is presented.

This paper describes the use of artificial neural networks in predicting value and position maximal wall shear stress in aneurysm. For the purpose of neural network training, back propagation algorithm was used. Input data in the network are geometric parameters of aneurysm model. Obtained results indicate the possibility of a successful application of neural networks in the problems of predicting certain parameters of arteries. Future work relates to the creation of a web-based application that allows users to display the results.

This paper describes the concept of the digital dialogue in teaching as an efficient way to use the educational potential of smart phones and other Internet of Things’ devices. At the same time, the paper investigates to what extent the non-ionizing radiation caused by the use of these devices is safe for teachers and students alike. Such research is necessary due to the increasing frequency of wireless networks usage. By direct measurements at one vocational high school in Serbia, we have determined strengths of magnetic and electric fields at various points in the classroom during the implementation of the digital dialogue. The measurement results have been compared to national and international standards for safety levels of radiation in electromagnetic fields. It has been determined that the level of radiation according to the standards is far below the critical. Nevertheless, this kind of testing should be constantly renewed and even extended, so that insights into the living and working environment of sensitive facilities such as schools may be
