Contains a ground-breaking Level I architecture for an autonomous system, inspired by cognitive philosophy, including the ?>first hypothesis ?> of what such a system will look like, in the absence of a Functional Requirements Document (FRD). A synthesis is given of Immanuel Kants Three Critiques , as interpreted through personal experience and the state of the technical art as it exists today. It is the logical outcome of the preceding chapters to describe the autonomous system at this level. It is a systems engineers / systems architects model well within our reach technically. In terms of a mature software management standard, this is the Functional Design.
