Capacitando em turismo para o bem receber: plano de desenvolvimento da APL de turismo do Jalapão - Mateiros/TO

O Jalapao se insere em uma regiao composta por oito cidades que veem no turismo um meio de vida. Mas, quem visita o lugar, sabe que ha uma grande carencia em atendimento ao turista que seja satisfatorio e que promova a atividade turistica adequadamente e possa atrair ainda mais visitantes para a regiao. A partir desse contexto, pensou-se esse projeto que tem como objetivo promover cursos de capacitacao para os setores de hospedagem, bares e restaurantes e condutores turisticos da cidade de Mateiros, que e hoje o principal polo receptor da regiao, como forma de melhorar a qualidade dos servicos ofertados pelos profissionais da area no que tange bem receber em turismo. A proposta era que no periodo de julho a novembro de 2014 fossem realizadas algumas capacitacoes no setor hoteleiro e de bares e restaurantes, mas a adesao ao programa de capacitacao foi baixo. Infelizmente somente nove pessoas do trade turistico participaram da capacitacao. Optou-se entao, investigar o real motivo que poderia ter causado a baixa participacao da comunidade. Ao final, concluiu-se que a desmotivacao do trade foi o principal fator que ocasionou a nao participacao na capacitacao. Relatos dos entrevistados indicam tambem que as capacitacoes ocorridas no passado foram de pouca ordem pratica, o que leva a descrenca por novas capacitacoes.Palavras-chave: Capacitacao, Turismo, Jalapao, Bem Receber em Turismo.ABSTRACTThe region of Jalapao is part of a region composed of eight cities who see in tourism a way of life. But anyone visiting the area knows that there is a great need in dealing with tourists that is satisfactory and to promote tourism and to attract even more visitors to the region. From this context, We were thought that this project aims to promote training course for hosting industries, bars and restaurants and tour guides of the Mateiros city, which is now the main hub receiver of the region, in order to improve the professionals regarding hospitality in tourism. The proposal was for the period from July to November 2014 were held some training in the hospitality industry and bars and restaurants, but adherence to the training program was low. Unfortunately only nine people in the tourism industry participated in the training. We then decided, to investigate the real reason that could have caused the low participation of the community. Finally, it is concluded that the trade of motivation as the main motivating factor for not participating to training. The interviewed reports also indicate that training occurred in the past were no practical purposes, which leads to disbelief for new capabilities.Keywords: Training, Tourism, Jalapao, Tourism for well received.
