Today on the field of information theory it is well known that the information content introduced by Shannon to be able to quantitatively describe the information is popular and based on the probability theory. But this theory express the quantitative object without considering the quality of information itself and cannot sufficiently express the information content to be considered of information essence from the semiotic view point. Especially the semiotic considering virtual reality on the Peirces semiotics shows the un-sufficiency of reflection of information essence by such an information content as Shannons information content. In this paper, firstly, the meaning of virtual reality and the Peirces semiotics are reconsidered, secondarily, the discussion of cognitive processes as an evolution of semiotics is performed, and finally, the possibility of existence of various kinds of information content is proposed by consideration of semiotic structure of information essence.

The characteristics of ABR (ABR: auditory brainstem responses) are well known to be widely used on many fields, and especially they are having been adapted on the medical and clinical fields. Although the ABR characteristics and the derivation models have been discussed and presented, the details of the ABR system are not sufficiently analyzed. In this paper the partial differential equations are discussed as the background equation formulas of the ABR characteristics and the meaning of characters among the partial deferential equations is considered and an ability of improvement of them is estimated, then a method of it is proposed. And using the synthesis method an inverse procedure of analysis of the ABR models is proposed and the estimation of the information tr ansmitting relation among the Peirce¿s interpretants (though these elements are in the idea of philosophy) is performed from the real physiological side of this ABR characters.

We have already presented the concepts of new information amounts on the communication system among ordinary people and the handicapped persons. During these discussion we have needed the consideration of philosophical elements, for instance, the interpretants of the Peirces semiotics. In this paper, firstly the historical outline of the communication system and information amounts for the handicapped persons is briefly described. Secondly the consideration of philosophical existences and their structures and their expanded concepts are described on the basis of the Peirces semiotics. Thirdly the outline of compartment system and the compartment system models based on the philosophical existences are discussed. As a result we consider the developed new information amounts able to be applied to the handicapped situations, and estimate the latent characters of these information systems considering the nervous system on the basis of these compartment system models. And finally the conclusion and further works are described.

There has been developed a communication system among the blind deaf persons and others, they have been able to communicate easily. And its information contents are needed to be discussed when the situation of their dementia is needed to be analyzed, and the information contents are needed to be estimated to correspond to changing signals of this system when they become dementia. In this paper, firstly the outline of an example of such communication system is described, and secondly the philosophical elements and its structures are discussed and such information contents are considered from the philosophical side. Here on the Peirce’s semiotic the interpretants which were defined by Peirce are introduced into the analytical method as the philosophical elements to analyze the information structure and communication system of handicapped and dementia situations. And the new information contents different from the Shannon’s ordinary information content are discussed to be introduced into the method of analysis of information process of handicapped and dementia situations. Thirdly considering the new information contents the concept of compartment system is introduced into the consideration of relations among interpretants, and as a result an example of concept of the new information content with regard to the elements of structure of the handicapped and dementia situation is proposed on the basis of discussing the compartment system

The ABR characters have been used especially in medical fields. But the ABR detail system is not sufficiently clear. Therefore the studies of the ABR system and the Life Support system have been performed. Especially from such view point as information and communication process the ABR characters are needed to be discussed. In this paper the expanded partial differential equation models of the ABR system are derived and from these characters such a kind of the ABR system model as the information and communication process model is proposed taking account of the concept to be based on the Peirces Semiotics. And some examples of the method to analyze the ABR system are shown to discuss the background theory of the ABR system from the view point of the information and communication process and improve the Life Support system from the phase of such a theory.

It is well known that the characteristics of ABR (Auditory Brainstem Responses) have been used widely on many fields, and especially they have been adapted on the medical and clinical fields. For examples their characters are discussed on the fields of inspection of some consciousness levels etc. But the characters of the ABR detail system, especially with regard to their background theories are not sufficiently discussed. And the ABR characteristics derived directly from the experiment data are not sufficiently analyzed too. Therefore the theories of the ABR system and the detail model derived from the experiments must be made to be developed. Especially in order to analyze the ABR system the fundamental background theory and its expanded consideration must be preformed more widely. In this paper, firstly the fundamental partial differential equations are discussed and the consideration of the relation between their fundamental differential equation formulas and their experimental formulas is described. And secondly the meaning of characters among the partial deferential equations is considered and using the estimated improvement method the expanded partial differential equations is derived and proposed as a kind of more generalized formula of the fundamental characters. Especially the high order partial differential equations are considered and the characteristics of the ABR system are discussed considering the compartment system model. And thirdly an analysis method to use the synthesis technique of compartment system by an inverse procedure of a solution of such ABR differential equation models is described. And finally the conclusion and further works are described.
