著者は曩に動静脈血は其等のグルタチオン組成に於て相異なる事を示し,本報に於ては動物の食飼攝取と動静脈血のグルタチオンに關し若干檢索したる所を記載した.茲に之を要約すれば次の如くである. 絶食攝食の如何に關せず常に動脈血は静脈血に比してGSH量に於て劣るがGS・SG量に於て勝り,特に絶食時に於てのみ其等の總量は相等しい. 攝食後は動脈血のGS・SG量は著明に増加し,從つて總量的にも増加する事を認め,之等は攝食後10~12時間にして殆ど攝食前の状態に迄恢復するものである. 尚ほ静脈血に於ては,攝食後僅かにGSH量を減少すると共に僅かにGS・SG量を増加する傾向を示したが,總量的には殆ど變化なきものの如く認められた. 稿を終るに臨み實驗中終始御懇篤なる御指導を賜つた藤巻先生の御厚意を深謝する.
