The article analyses the time-dependent adaptation of arterial blood pressure with reference to load value, age and gender. Three male and female groups of different age were investigated applying load from 50 W to 150 W. Veloergometer “Kettler” and computerized “Siemens” and SpaceLabs Medical” data recording systems were used during investigation. Variations in arterial blood pressure having established load within changing time period were recorded. It was discovered that along with changes in load from 50 W to 150 W, arterial blood pressure in male groups of different age increased approximately 1,2 times and adaptation time prolonged 2,9 times. In female groups of different age, arterial blood pressure increased approximately 1,3 times and adaptation time prolonged 2,6 times. It was acknowledged that the longer was adaptation time and the larger was an increase in arterial blood pressure, the more complicated was adaptation to the load.

Based on biosignal energy equality to the work performed by a muscle, in the estimation of energy dissipation within a biolotronic system, analytical expressions have been derived that have helped to calculate major mechanical characteristics of the muscle including elongation of the muscle, speed and acceleration of such elongation. The paper presents the analysis of relevant digital methods alongside with the formulae for the calculation of major mechanical characteristics when the relationship of a muscle biosignal that is presented in a graphical way. As shown, fatigue of the muscle is characterized by one of extreme points of the phase shift function. The values of the first and the second derivatives of the elongation function may be used for the evaluation of functional capacity of the muscle.

Analysis into the effects of parametric characteristics of visual aid on the perception level of information transmitted has led to the possibility of examining and determining the quality of the reading level as a function of certain parameters of a digital apparatus (sensor), the distance to the text, the size of letters and the intensity of light. Efforts have been made to evaluate the effect of the specifications of the executor as well as the information transfer (by tactile way) speed onto the sensory organs of the disabled person at the perception level. A choice has been made of rational information transfer speeds and appropriate visual aid characteristics to facilitate an adequate perception level.
