Research on process route designing and production line management based workflow driven

To realize the aim of rapid design, data management, and process management of process route for those small and medium-sized contractors which produce for group enterprises cheaply, a kind of information system architecture based on process route driven is proposed in this paper. On the basis of workflow technology, the information management system which includes the visual process route modeling tool, BOM (Bill Of Material)management of jig & fixture on the production line(process route), the production management of process route, the function of part quality, workload checking and calculating is developed. Finally, the running flow and key implemented technology of the whole system are introduced.

Research on Railway Coach Electric Safety Monitoring System

Railway coach system has been developed from simple and single to integrated and intelligent electric devices. Now, as PLC system has failed to meet the requirement of rapid development of coach system because of its resource constraints, in order to overcome limitation of the current system, improve the integral performance and central control, realize uniform control and information platform, the system architecture of railway coach electric safety monitoring system is put forward in the paper, and relevant hardware and software system is designed. The system has been applied to the Chinese 25T train, and also can operate in other public transport such as metro subway, light rail, and MARC train.

Research on passenger information system security management of the subway

The totally secure goal of building the Passenger information system of subway is proposed; the security management principle of the subway PIS is analyzed; the safe system structure of the subway PIS is studied. Finally, the safe solutions of the subway PIS is proposed. The method that constructs efficient network security protection system in the PIS designing process is proposed, which thus can ensure the security operation of the whole system and network.
