Phosphoramides ω aminès : I. Synthèse de diaminoèthanes et diaminopropanes

Abstract The preparation β- and γ-bromophosphoramidates is described. These compounds have been converted into β- and γ-amino phosphoramidates by alkylation involving primary and secondary amines. The acid hydrolysis of these compounds gives the corresponding diamines. This simple procedure allows the facile preparation of a great number of compounds.

Abstract The preparation and reactivity of lithium or sodium phosphoramidates bearing an oxo- or nitro-υ-haloalkyl group is reported. These reagents by intramolecular cyclization lead with good yields to diazaphospholanes and oxazaphospholanes or phosphorinanes.

Abstract Lithium amides obtained from β amino phosphoramidates are prepared and used in THF; with alkylating reagents elimination or alkylation reactions take place simultaneously with cyclisation.
