放射性核種 (Cr-51, Hg-203, Zn-65 および Ag-110m. 110) の鰓吸収と体内分布について

Absorption rate of some poisonous metals from the gill of fish was measured using the radioactive nuclides. The fish used was the Japanese eel, Anguilla japonica. Zinc, mercury, chromium, and silver were absorbed at the rate of O.7 to 4.1 x 10/sup -6/, O.3 to 3.2 x 10/sup -5/, O.8 to 1.9 x 10/sup -8/, an d 1.2 to 4.2 x 10/sup -7/ mg per hour, respectively. Distribution and accumulation of the nuclides in goldfish body were investigated. The results obtained differed according to the kind of nuclide. Zinc, mercury, chromium, and silver are accumulated abundantiy by the intestine, kidney, and liver, respectively. (auth)
