Agentes Comunitários de Saúde: uma perspectiva do capital social

This article reports on a survey of community health workers in Brazilian municipalities. The scope is to verify the influence of the network of social relations of agents in the daily work of the Family (FHS) teams. The theoretical base is addressing the social capital and the method is the analysis of social networks and their density measurements and EI-Index. In the data gathering, a questionnaire of the name generator type, with 266 agents in six municipalities in three different regions of Brazil (coded as Amazon 1 and 2, North Central 1 and 2, Central South 1 and 2) was used. Secondary data were also used. The results indicate that the profile of the community health agents is still a training limiter and they do not see themselves as a link between the community, the FHS teams and health facilities. The conclusion drawn is that the agents do not have the perception of their importance and that their internal networks have low density, with few external relations (other members of the FHS), which limits the expansion of social capital and hampers the dissemination of knowledge and experiences of actions of prevention.

Os limites da ação coletiva nos Conselhos Municipais de Saúde

O artigo traz uma abordagem sobre as acoes coletivas de participacao nos conselhos municipais de saude. A pesquisa que o fundamenta teve como objetivo verificar a atuacao dos conselheiros nos conselhos municipais de saude da Regiao Metropolitana de Belem (PA). Foi utilizado levantamento documental (periodo 2005 a 2010), entrevistas estruturadas com conselheiros e observacoes em sessoes de reunioes dos conselhos de tres municipios. Foi construido um indicador de tres niveis de participacao com base nas funcoes legais dos conselhos de saude, tendo como fundamento analitico a teoria dos grupos sociais. Os resultados indicam que as acoes dos conselhos sao marcadas por cooptacao de conselheiros, definicao de agendas deliberativas por parte de representantes da gestao, predominando os interesses individuais dos conselheiros sobre os interesses coletivos nas deliberacoes. Concluiu que tais comportamentos contrariam os principios do Sistema Unico de Saude - SUS e fragiliza a imagem social dos conselhos, alem de abrir uma nova perspectiva de analise.

Facebook “verde amarelo” e preferência de uso da rede para os brasileiros

The social network Facebook comprises a large web users worldwide, corresponding to approximately 1,4 billions of users. The Brazil is the second most visited site by Internet users and the preferred network among those who seek interaction, sociability and entertainment. In this context, the object of the study was to analyse the usability of Facebook among brazilians users in online environments, given that intense connection share content and range of information available on the organizations website. Two complementary qualitative methods were developed, with the first based on netnographic research and the second applying questionnaires via Facebook and email. Results show seven (7) categories of users that emphasize the different behaviors of use and treat the values that stimulate or repress the usability. In this context, these groups of users open approaches to the various possibilities of organizations to reach consumers generating insights for marketing.

Dinâmica do Campo Organizacional das Agroindústrias de Exportação de Açaí

O artigo trata da dinâmica do campo organizacional das agroindustrias de exportacao de polpa de acai. Tem como objetivo compreender o processo de formacao do campo organizacional e identificar as instituicoes e atores relevantes. O foco sao empresas sediadas na Regiao Nordeste do Estado do Para. A abordagem teorica e a institucional para analise organizacional. Relata uma pesquisa realizada em quatro etapas (2010-2013) com uso de survey , entrevistas estruturadas e observacoes. Os resultados evidenciam um campo em formacao, marcado pela fusao e aquisicao de empresas, novas plantas industriais e instituicoes recem-chegadas, influenciando o fenomeno da pluralidade institucional e aumentando a interacao entre os participantes. Conclui que o campo se estrutura a partir de instituicoes consolidadas socialmente e outras que emergem nos dois momentos diferentes e complementares.
