With the increasing demands of electric vehicles, many DC electrical energy meters for vehicle battery charger appear. In this paper, a verification device of DC electrical energy meter is developed that base on real-time pulse period compare method, which used PCI-6281 for data acquisition, used LabVIEW for data processing and human-computer interface. This article describes the working principle of the verification device and core technology. The practical application verify the device can use for calibration of DC electrical energy meter efficiently.

Power production department is paying more and more attention to the test results of high voltage test instrument and equipment as the power construction is vigorously developing. Currently, the metrological verification of high voltage test instrument is mainly conducted by metrological department such as provincial Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) of the Power Grid, and standard appliances of measurement are stored in regular laboratory condition and inspection method of them is bottom-to-top periodic inspection by users, which has the disadvantage of inconvenient inspection. The cyclic detection laboratory developed in this paper, which can support comprehensive calibration and on-site detection for the main functions of mainstream high voltage test instruments of the market, is designed aiming at the requirements of cyclic detection for high voltage test instrument of power system. Operating principles and core technologies of the developed detection equipment are detailed introduced in this paper. By using the developed laboratory, performances of test instruments can be effectively assessed, diverse needs of metrological detection for high voltage test instrument of power system can be further met, and operation safety of power system and economic benefit of power industry can be improved as well as on-site metrological detection capacity being strengthened.

This paper describes the setup of a complex voltage ratio measurement system for the audio frequency range. A wideband two-channel digitizer and a differential analogue channel switching front-end are used as the heart of the system. The complex error, frequency response characteristics and short term stability of the system are tested in this paper. The errors range from 1×10-7 at 50 Hz to 10×10-6 at 200 kHz in ratio 1:1 test with 6 V input voltages. And errors are below ±8×10-7 and ±0.06 μrad in ratio 1:1 test with a 4V power line (50 Hz) input voltage over 64 hours. The test results and comparisons between with and without channel exchange mode confirm the remarkable improvement regarding the suppression of the static mismatch errors of the digitizer and show the usefulness of the system at 50 Hz too.

The topic research, standard device for power frequency lines parameters tester, can be used for calibrating the power frequency lines parameters tester. The equip functions involve: positive/zero sequence impedance, positive/zero sequence capacitance, etc. The topic introduces the working principle and composition of the standard device, focusing on the technology of virtual complex impedance and accurately amplitude control. The paper end gives the relevant specification and experimental data. The research of the standard device can be used to resolve the traceability of power frequency lines parameters tester.

In order to meet the urgent needs of voltage measurement traceability and transfer in the construction of ultra-high voltage power grid, 1000kV series standard voltage transformer is developed as the standard instrument, and then its measurement characteristics is tested. According to the theory and construction of the series power frequency voltage ratio standard, semi-insulating transformer voltage summation is proposed to make the voltage ratio measurement of SSTV whose accuracy can reach the 0.02 level trace to the source of national power frequency ratio standard of 500kV successfully. The compatibility is better than compared to traditional voltage coefficient measuring method.
