The purpose of this study is to find out the optimal mixing ratios of three different amount of red ginseng powder(0, 5, 10%), water(12, 16, 20%) and sugar(4, 8, 12%) per weight of glutinous rice powder. The microbial count increased with increasing moisture content. The microbial count has decreased in 10% addition group though the microbial count according to the red ginseng powder addition did not have a difference the having mind in 5% addition group. Control group(the red ginseng powder no addition) showed an exponential increase in the change in hardness according to the amount of the red ginseng powder addition 24 hours after(except the moisture addition amount 20%). However, the change in devotion hardly appeared without the relation in moisture and the amount of the sugar addition in the addition group of the red ginseng powder 5%. Moreover, the change in hardness besides the moisture addition amount 12% hardly appeared also in the addition group of the red ginseng powder 10%. It has been understood that the red ginseng powder addition 5% crowd smells, and the taste and the color are suitable though it was clarified to the red ginseng powder addition 10% crowd that a peculiar smell taste and taste to the red ginseng are very strong by the sensory inspection. In conclusion, according to its microbial count, texture and sensory analyses, the optimal Injulmi formulation consisted of red ginseng powder, water and sugar were 5, 16 and 8%. The results suggested that red ginseng powder is effective in increasing the self life of Injulmi.

This study analyzed the dental technicians social support and individual competency as well as its correlation. 200 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Chunchungnamdo area were selected. The survey was carried out from April 28, 2012 to May 25, 2012 using a self-administered questionnaire. Regarding the tools for this study, a structured questionnaire was used with proven reliability and feasibility, and the contents of the questionnaire consisted of 55 questions based on the related references. The subjects completed the questionnaire regarding the general characteristics, social support, and individual competency. Data analysis was processed using computerized system with SPSS 18.0. Statistical analysis techniques including frequency, percentage, T-test, ANOVA analysis and correlation. An analysis of the research subjects’ social support level revealed a significant difference in the item of marital status and residence area (p<0.05). The average in the social support was indicated to be high with 3.33. An analysis of the research subjects’ individual competency revealed a significant difference in the items of age, marital status, residence area, carrier, job position, education (p<0.05). The average in the individual competency was indicated to be high with 3.68. The correlation between social support and individual competency showed that most of the variables had an association, showing that more social support leads to more individual competency.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the height of workbench in dental lab for ergonomic body type which dental technicians are suitable and suggest to effective improvement of workspace. For this purpose, we measured the height, weight, body sizes of total 77 junior majoring in dental laboratory science where they study school located in Gyeonggi and Chungcheong area and we research uncomfortable body type when they had a clinical training. For comparative analysis we had visited 15 dental lab and 2 dental lab of general hospital and we had measured the height of workbench and desk including chair and then We had statistical analysis measured value. Especially we analyzed the important factor causing inconvenience for work environment. As a result, we had examined, we found following results The sand table was the most uncomfortable equipment, when they have clinical training. There is no correlation between sexual characteristics of junior in college and selection of uncomfortable equipment. It is reasonable to assume that sand table which is lower than recommended height brings out inconvenience. It is analyzed that the optimum height of sand table in dental lab for junior in college is lower than the recommended height. The optimum height of sand table in dental lab has deviation according to height of junior in college. The height of worktable in dental lab was lower than recommended height. The recommended range could not apply to posture of dental technician with different height uniformly.

The purpose of this study was to analyze dental technician`s individual competency and organizational commitment level and to examine its correlation. 200 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Chunchungnamdo area were selected. Survey was carried out from April 28, 2012 to May 25, 2012 by using self-administered questionnaire. As for the tools for this study, the structured questionnaire was used with its proven reliability and feasibility, and the contents of questionnaire consisted of 46 questions on the basis of related references. The subjects completed questionnaire regarding general characteristics, individual competency and organizational commitment. The data analysis was processed by computerized system with SPSS 18.0. Statistical analysis techniques included frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test analysis and regression analysis. As a result of analyzing the research subjects` individual competency level, there was significant difference in the item of age, marital status, residence area, carrier, job position, education(P

Abstract The purpose of this study is to compare the marginal and internal fit of metal and zirconia coping whichis fabricated by manual and CAD/CAM(Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing). The model is prepared with Urethane material and two abutment teeth are fabricated with a knife and chamfer margin. Silicon replica technique is used to measure the marginal fit of manually fabricated and the CAD/CAM coping. Internal fittinglevel is measured with a microscope and the image is captured with a CCD camera. The distance between abutmentteeth and coping is measured with a callibrated image analyzer software; marginal opening (MO), marginal gap (MG),internal gap (IG) at maximum curvature area, axial gap (AG), and occlusal gap (OG). Two-way ANOVA test is applied to compare fabrication technique and to analysis of abutment pattern. In addition, one-way ANOVA and Scheffes test is used to analyze each parameter of the test. The result shows that the fit is <120 µm except OG ofCAD/CAM and MO of knife margin. The CAD/CAM fabricated coping showed higher fit level at chamfer margin. However, knife margin showed better fitness compared to chamfer margin at MG. AG showed the minimum dimension with a constant result (<38 µm).

The purpose of this study was to analyze dental laboratory`s self health recognition level and health behavior level and to examine its correlation. 250 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Jeonbuk area were selected. Survey was carried out from October 11, 2010 to November 25, 2010 by using self-administered questionnaire. The following are the analytical results in the collected data. The average in the self- health recognition was indicated to be high with 2.83, The average of health behavior was indicated to be high with 2.76. As for correlation between self health recognition and health behavior, most of variables were indicated to have reverse correlation, it was concluded that higher health behavior likely led to lower self health recognition. From the result of this study, the work environment of dental technician must be improved and do more Practice of Health Behavior to improve and maintain their health.
