The aim of this study was to observe the treatment characteristics of verbenalin on a prostatitis mouse model. Give Xiaozhiling injection in the prostate locally to make a prostatitis mouse model. High, medium and low doses of verbenalin were each given to different mouse groups. The amount of water was determined in 14th, 28th. The number of white cells and lecithin corpuscle density in prostatic fluid were determined. Morphological changes in the prostate, testis, epididymis and kidney were detected. Compared with the model control group, the mice treated with high, medium and low doses of verbenalin had significantly increased amounts of water, and prostate white blood cell count and prostate volume density (Vv) were decreased significantly, the density of lecithin corpuscle score increased, and pathologic prostatitis changes were significantly reduced. Pathological change in the testis was significantly reduced and the change in the epididymis was obviously reduced. The thymic cortex thickness and the number of lymphocytes increased significantly and could reduce the renal pathological changes in potential. Verbenalin has a good therapeutic effect on the prostatitis mouse model.

This paper aims to observe the effects of total flavonoids of Radix Ilicis pubescentis on mouse model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Mice were orally given different doses of total flavonoids of Radix Ilicis pubescentis 10 d, and were administered once daily. On the tenth day after the administration of 1 h in mice after anesthesia, we used needle to hook the bilateral common carotid artery (CCA) for 10 min, with 10 min ischemia reperfusion, 10 min ischemia. Then we restored their blood supply, copy the model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion; We then had all mice reperfused for 24 h, and then took their orbital blood samples and measured blood rheology. We quickly removed the brain, with half of the brain having sagittal incision. Then we fixed the brains and sectioned them to observe the pathological changes of brain cells in the hippocampus and cortex. We also measured the other half sample which was made of brain homogenate of NO, NOS, Na+-K+-, ATP enzyme Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase. Acupuncture needle hook occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries can successfully establish the model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. After comparing with the model mice, we concluded that Ilex pubescens flavonoids not only reduce damage to the brain nerve cells in the hippocampus and cortex, but also significantly reduce the content of NO in brain homogenate, the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and increases ATP enzyme activity (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). In this way, cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is improved. Different dosages of Ilex pubescens flavonoids on mouse cerebral ischemia reperfusion model have good effects.

The effect of the Rabdosia rubescens total flavonoids on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model in rats was observed. The model group, nimodipine group, cerebral collateral group, and large, medium and small dose group of the Rabdosia rubescens total flavonoids were administered with corresponding drugs but sham operation group and model group were administered the same volume of 0.5%CMC, 1 times a day, continuous administration of 7 d. After 1 h at 7 d to medicine, left incision in the middle of the neck of rats after anesthesia, we can firstly expose and isolate the left common carotid artery (CCA), and then expose external carotid artery (ECA) and internal carotid artery (ICA). The common carotid artery and the external carotid artery are ligated. Then internal carotid artery with arterial clamp is temporarily clipped. Besides, cut the incision of 0.2 mm from 5 cm of the bifurcation of the common carotid artery. A thread Line bolt is inserted with more than 18–20 mm from bifurcation of CCA into the internal carotid artery until there is resistance. Then the entrance of the middle cerebral artery is blocked and internal carotid artery is ligated (the blank group only exposed the left blood vessel without Plugging wire). Finally it is gently pulled out the plug line after 2 h. Results: Compared with the model mice, Rabdosia rubescens total flavonoids can significantly relieve the injury of brain in hippocampus and cortex nerve cells; experimental rat focal cerebral ischemia was to improve again perfusion model of nerve function defect score mortality; significantly reduce brain homogenate NOS activity and no content, MDA, IL-1, TNF-a, ICAM-1 content; increase in brain homogenate SOD and ATPase activity (P < 0.05, P < 0.01); and reduce the serum S-100β protein content. Each dose group of the Rabdosia rubescens total flavonoids has a better Improvement effect on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion model in rats.

To study the effect of raspberry total flavonoids on perimenopausal model in mice. Blank group, sham operation, and the rest of the mice made the menopausal model. Choose 72 mice castrated completely random divided into 6 groups for the experiment, respectively: model group, gengnianan (GNA) capsule group, soybean isoflavone soft (SIS) capsule group, high, mid and low dose group of total flavonoids of raspberry (TFR). Animals in each group were given the corresponding drugs tenth days after operation, and were given intragastrical administration of once a day for continuous administration of 21 days. Each group of mice in the administration of 18 days to determine the number of autonomic activities within 5 min, in the administration of 19–20 days to determine the incubation of the mice first entry into the darkroom and the number of shocks into the darkroom within 5 min. At 2 h after the last administration (fasting for 12 h), mice were sacrificed and serum was collected. Serum levels of E2, T, LH and FSH were measured. Dissect the uterus, uterus, thymus and spleen. Weigh the wet weight and calculate the organ index, the morphological changes of uterus, thymus and spleen were observed. The results showed that the TFR had a good therapeutic effect on the perimenopausal model of mice after giving a high, mid and low dose of raspberry flavonoids for some time.

Through the study of the effect of different ratio of Astragalus Total Saponins (ATS) and curcumin on Diabetes Mellitu (DM) model rats, we want to improve the screening model of the distribution ratio in Chinese Medicine, screening out the optimal proportion of the prevention and control of DM. By injecting streptozotocin (STZ) in the tail vein of rats to induct the DM rats model, we measured the dynamic change, insulin and insulin antibody (IAA) levels, glycosylated serum protein (GSP) content, lipid metabolism and the changes of renal pathology in DM model rats. The different distribution ratio of ATS and Curcumin can significantly reduce GSP, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL); significantly increased serum insulin levels and high density lipoprotein (HDL) content, significantly decreased IAA level on the DM rats model induced by STZ. Different proportions of ATS and Curcumin have a good therapeutic effect on DM model rats, and 6:4 is the optimal proportion for the prevention and treatment of DM.

Objectives To study the effect of replenishing kidney yang medicine on the prevention and treatment of gynecological disease, and provide a reference for further clinical studies. Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted to determine the effect of replenishing kidney yang medicine on the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases, in order to understand current research and development, and provide a reference for clinical treatment. Results The study has found that most replenishing kidney yang medicine has an estrogenic effect, such as the traditional Chinese medicines Epimedium, Antler, Eucommia, Psoralea, Dodder, Cnidium, Cistanche deserticola and Astragalus complanatus, and traditional Chinese patent medicine such as Guilingji capsules, Erxian decoction, Bushen Huoxue prescription and Yougui pills. Replenishing kidney yang medicine is often used to treat female disease such as perimenopausal syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine hypoplasia, kidney deficiency type of infrequent menstruation, breast hyperplasia, kidney deficiency caused by ovulation disorders, premature ovarian failure and perimenopausal osteoporosis, and has a good therapeutic effect. Conclusions Replenishing kidney yang medicine has a good therapeutic effect for the treatment of gynecological diseases, but the mechanism of drug action as it relates to the etiology and pathogenesis of these diseases has not yet been clearly elucidated. Therefore we recommend in-depth scientific clinical observation to determine the effect of replenishing kidney yang medicine on gynecological diseases so that better treatment programs can be developed.
