This paper discusses a curriculum approach that will give emphasis on practical sessions of teaching network security subjects in information and communication technology courses. As we are well aware, the need to use a practice and application oriented approach in education is paramount [1]. Research on active learning and cooperative groups showed that students grasps and have more tendency towards obtaining and realizing soft skills like leadership, communication and team work as opposed to learning using the traditional theory and exam based method. While this teaching and learning paradigm is relatively new in Malaysia, it has been practiced widely in the West. This paper examines a particular approach whereby students learning wireless security are divided into small manageable groups consisting of black hat and white hat team. The former will try to find and expose vulnerabilities in a wireless network while the latter will try to prevent such attacks on their wireless networks using hardware, software, design and enforcement of security policy and etc. This paper will try to demonstrate whether this approach will result in a more fruitful outcome in terms of students concept and theory understandings and motivation to learn.

In this paper, an analysis was done by combining two separate antenna design into one which is the Bow-Tie design and the Ice-Cream cone design. This antenna was designed to operate at 120 GHz for millimetre wave application via CST Microwave Studio Simulation Software. An investigation was done on the antenna return loss and radiation efficiency to the new combined design. This antenna was designed on an Alumina substrate with a dielectric constant 8.8. The proposed antenna shows improvement in the radiation efficiency and the ability to operate at high frequency. Results of the simulation and the antenna design are presented as well.

Neuroscience has become one of the fastest growing research fields in recent decades. Although the field of neuroscience is comparatively new, it is growing and expanding at a very rapid rate. The purpose of this systematic review was to explore and describe how the field of neuroscience has fully reflected in the Information Systems studies including other relevant fields. The directions are derived from the results of examining 129 scholarly articles that had been published from year 2010 to year 2015 from various established databases. From the systematic literature review process, there has been a steady increase of papers published every year and there is a diverse use of neuroscience within the domains of management, design science and human-computer interaction. This paper offers a birds eye view for other researchers who are dealing with the epistemological as well as ontological fragments that exist when trying to get more insights of applied neuroscience in information systems, social and behavioural sciences, management and operation, government and administration, gaming, e-commerce, finance, ICT, education, health and business.

This paper presents Spanar Antenna designed using CST Microwave Studio Simulation 2011. The proposed antenna was designed to operate at 10 GHz, which suggested return loss, S11 must be less than -10 dB and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) must be less than 2. The best performance of simulation of Spanar Antenna was obtained at a small size of 24.8 mm × 8.0 mm with dimension board of FR4 substrate 31.7 mm × 18.5 mm. The thickness (h) and dielectric constant (er) of substrate were 1.6 mm and 4.7. An analysis between simulation result and measurement result has been compared in order to see the antenna performance.
