Predisposição para Formação de Capital Social entre Comerciantes dos Corredores Comerciais da Região Central do Município de São José dos Campos - SP

A cooperacao, um dos elementos que resulta na formacao do capital social de um individuo ou grupo de individuos, e uma das variaveis de interferencia no processo de desenvolvimento local. O objetivo do artigo e verificar a predisposicao para realizacao de acoes de promocao e comunicacao mercadologica de maneira cooperada por parte de comerciantes de corredores comerciais da regiao central de Sao Jose dos Campos - SP, de forma a fomentar o desenvolvimento do comercio local. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratoria, de abordagem qualitativa, com coleta de dados documental. Verificou-se que existe uma nitida predisposicao para a cooperacao por parte dos comerciantes dos corredores estudados, o que e uma potencialidade para a formacao e acumulo de capital social e, portanto, uma vantagem para o desenvolvimento do comercio local.

Turismo como vetor de desenvolvimento local: análise da estrutura turística no Município de São José do Barreiro - SP

O turismo se apresenta como um vetor de desenvolvimento local e regional, quando a estrutura turistica considera o potencial endogeno do municipio, converge com os interesses dos atores locais e gera emprego e renda revertidos para a populacao local. O objetivo deste artigo foi verificar como o municipio Sao Jose do Barreiro – SP organiza e estrutura sua atividade turistica com vistas ao desenvolvimento local. O municipio apresenta o status de estância turistica, pertence a regiao Metropolitana do Vale do Paraiba Paulista e Litoral Norte e teve a dimensao economica classificada como de baixo desenvolvimento no Indice Firjan de Desenvolvimento Municipal 2013. A pesquisa, de carater descritivo e abordagem quali-quantitativa, triangulou os metodos de observacao dos atrativos turisticos; de entrevista com o gestor publico municipal; e de aplicacao de questionario a populacao. Foi identificado que o municipio possui potencial turistico, mas necessita de gestao publica eficaz na area do turismo, como tambem, de investimento em infraestrutura, planejamento turistico e divulgacao dos atrativos existentes.

A estruturação do mercado publicitário de São José dos Campos e Taubaté - SP a partir da instalação das tvs abertas regionais

O mercado publicitario brasileiro passa por um processo de regionalizacao e interiorizacao, que ganha evidencia a partir da decada de 1990. O objetivo geral do artigo foi caracterizar o mercado publicitario do Vale do Paraiba - SP a partir da implantacao da televisao aberta regional em Sao Jose dos Campos e em Taubate. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratorio-descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa, com coleta de dados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada. A amostra foi selecionada pelo criterio de julgamento, focando nos atores sociais participantes do processo de implantacao das televisoes regionais no Vale do Paraiba - SP. Verificou-se que houve uma estruturacao e profissionalizacao do mercado publicitario regional a partir da chegada da televisao regional aberta, fomentando toda a cadeia produtiva da comunicacao.

A divulgação pública da ciência em prol do desenvolvimento da Região Metropolitana do Vale do Paraíba

O presente trabalho pretende averiguar como a televisao regional, na cidade de Itabuna, no sul da Bahia, aborda temas relativos as questoes ambientais. E feito um estudo de caso com o programa jornalistico tematico ´Encontro Com´, averiguando como os termos tecnico- ambientais se encontram no discurso televisivo. Os procedimentos metodologicos voltar-se-ao para uma analise quantitativa dos termos e do metodo de analise de materiais audiovisuais. Serao discutidos aspectos qualitativos a partir do discurso das materias e dos entrevistados para identificar o nivel de entendimento passado e a intencao educativa voltada para o conhecimento do publico sobre o meio ambiente.The Non Governmental Organizations are animportant source of information for the massmedia on diverse topics of social scope wherethe official speech can turn out to be cold andinsufficient. The analysis considered elements of the audiovisual grammar, such as frameworks, point of view, camera movement and character building. It was revealed the existence of a patriarchal look, reinforcing gender stereotypes and stigmas attached to the desire and consumption of female and male bodies.The arti cle discusses the soap opera consumpti on as a cultural productby men. Therefore, the cultural components with infl uence onthe male and female identi ty are approached. It is observed howthese aspects can act on the soap opera consumpti on by men fromlower social class who have the non-subscribed TV as a main information and entertainment source. Finally, based on what was outlined, we indicate some implications of virtual technologies´ advent on contemporary conversation practicesOne objective of this work has been to address the chronic American classic comparatively with registration and identify meaning displacements around representations of popular sectors, regarding the treatment traditionally hegemonic journalism grants. Becauseboth events were the subject of intensemedia coverage in Brazil, comparativemedia analysis may provide valuable in-sight into the question of how crimes de-riving from racist procedures call for spe-cific media strategies. The present work, in the initial phase, intends to analyze if the communication strategy developed there through APAjournal is adequate to capacity of reception if the local people - where, according the IBGE, there are 60% of illiterates. As methodological reference, this paper takes the authors Bauer & Gaskell (2002) when they write about qualitative researchers involving text, and emphasizes the analyses of the vehicle contents in question, in the period from January to April in the current year.Este estudo objetiva identificar e analisar como os sujeitos nao indigenas veem os indigenas no contexto das relacoes intergrupais e, particularmente, no contexto do processo de demarcacao e desocupacao da Reserva Indigena Raposa Serra do Sol. Sustentamos que a marca caracteristica do documentario e seu carater autoral, definido como uma construcao singular da realidade, um ponto de vista particular do documentarista em relacao ao que eretratado. Alguns elementos linguistico-discursivos evidenciam esse carater autoral: a maneira como se da voz aos outros, a presenca de parafrases discursivas e um efeito de sentido monofonico. Ainda destacamos a criatividade usada no processo de edicao e montagem como um importante indice de autoria. Tomamos como aparato teorico de analise estudos no campo do Cinema e conceitos do âmbito da Linguistica Textual e da Analise do Discurso.This paper aims to study the public disclosure of science in the process of regional development facing the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraiba. This observation takes as its starting point the possibility of transmission of the scientific information through the world wide web, and investigates the potential of this medium to the purpose of communicating science publicly. The reflections herein developed should contribute to the broadening of the debate about the importance and the role of the scientific knowledge in the maturity of an active and representative society with the government. This descriptive study made use of paper sources and survey next to researchers in the region to discuss the intended issues. At the end, the dissertation argues about the social, politic and economic development possibilities of a society whose public communication of science be available and accessible, with special attention to the specificities of the on-line communication, facing the valeparaibana region.

O uso de informações de pesquisa de marketing pelas agências de comunicação do Vale do Paraíba-SP

And, clever, intrude,now, the pores of information channels and,again, find out their veios of the actuality andthe constant overcoming.Neste artigo, objetivamos apontar quais os elementos constitutivos do documentario sao capazes de diferencia-lo de outros generos audiovisuais, como o filme de ficcao e a reportagem jornalistica na TV. Sustentamos que a marca caracteristica do documentario e seu carater autoral, definido como uma construcao singular da realidade, um ponto de vista particular do documentarista em relacao ao que eretratado. Alguns elementos linguistico-discursivos evidenciam esse carater autoral: a maneira como se da voz aos outros, a presenca de parafrases discursivas e um efeito de sentido monofonico. Ainda destacamos a criatividade usada no processo de edicao e montagem como um importante indice de autoria. Tomamos como aparato teorico de analise estudos no campo do Cinema e conceitos do âmbito da Linguistica Textual e da Analise do Discurso.This paper aims to study the public disclosure of science in the process of regional development facing the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraiba. This observation takes as its starting point the possibility of transmission of the scientific information through the world wide web, and investigates the potential of this medium to the purpose of communicating science publicly. The reflections herein developed should contribute to the broadening of the debate about the importance and the role of the scientific knowledge in the maturity of an active and representative society with the government. This descriptive study made use of paper sources and survey next to researchers in the region to discuss the intended issues. At the end, the dissertation argues about the social, politic and economic development possibilities of a society whose public communication of science be available and accessible, with special attention to the specificities of the on-line communication, facing the valeparaibana region.

Holistic Vision of Sustainability in the Production Chain in Oil Exploration Pre-Salt Layer

The current discussions about the future, especially considering the development has been promoting socio-joint policy in favor of sustainable growth, with relevance to the thoughts of Ignacy Sachs, which emphasizes the perspectives, social, economic, geographic, environmental and sustainability cultural. Thus, a holistic view, such perspectives on aspects of sustainability in the supply chain of oil in pre-salt layer, which has been widely discussed, especially in the scientific community. The research methodology is presented as qualitative and descriptive through literature review. Considering the problems wrapped exploration and logistics, and the magnitude in environmental, spatial, cultural, economic and social, we really prepared? As a result, we found basic technological gaps, as since its discovery in 2006, the pre-salt layer of Brazil and, especially, its operation is highly complex, requiring high costs of research and technological development, especially in innovation, since their peak production, is designed for only 12 years since the discovery.

ANÁLISE DOS ACIDENTES DE TRÂNSITO NO MUNICÍPIO DE GURUPI - TO E AS IMPLICAÇÕES SÓCIO-ECONÔMICAS

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discorrer sobre as principais tecnicas propedeuticas em oftalmologia voltadas ao diagnostico precoce de doencas da retina humana, com enfase as vasculopatias diabetica e hipertensiva. Nesse contexto, sao apresentados os principais equipamentos disponiveis na atualidade, descrevendo as principais tecnicas utilizadas a obtencao, ao processamento, a analise, e a caracterizacao das imagens fotograficas da retina. Sao abordados os empregos de filtros digitais, transformadas, operadores morfologicos e extrapolacoes de possiveis variaveis que expressem aspectos morfofuncionais desse tecido. Discute-se brevemente a atual possibilidade de estudo da vasculatura retiniana, dispensando-se o uso de contraste intravenoso.

Análise das Abordagens da Atividade Turística no Plano Diretor de São Sebastião - SP

O paradigma do desenvolvimento tem direcionado o olhar para as vocacoes regionais. O objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar como o Plano Diretor de Sao Sebastiao – SP retrata a atividade turistica como elemento promotor do desenvolvimento regional. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como exploratoria, com coleta de dados bibliograficos e documental, de abordagem qualitativa. Verificou-se que a atividade turistica e tratada como a principal vocacao regional, dado seu retorno social, economico e ambiental, que se mostra ser mais equilibrado em relacao as outras atividades existentes no municipio. Percebeu-se, no entanto, que existe uma dificuldade para incorporar concretamente a participacao da populacao, um dos pressupostos do desenvolvimento tal qual pregam as abordagens contemporâneas sobre o tema, mesmo apos a revisao do Plano Diretor.
