Simulation of shorteningof picking process with the use of course card of action on the example of selectedDIY market

W artykule przeanalizowano zagadnienia dotyczące gospodarki magazynowej, wykorzystania infrastruktur magazynowej i manipulacyjnej oraz zagospodarowania przestrzeni magazynowej w zakresie realizowanych procesow w magazynie wybranego marketu budowlanego DIY (ang. Do-It-Yourself). Z wykorzystaniem takich narzedzi, jak mapa procesu oraz karta przebiegu czynności przeprowadzono analize procesu kompletacji towarow dla wybranego zamowienia klienta. W wyniku przeprowadzonej symulacji zaproponowano rozwiązania, mające na celu zwiekszenie efektywności procesu kompletacji zamowien przez skrocenie czasu jego realizacji.

Creative Clusters Against the Background of the Development of Clusters in Poland

This article presents the characterization of creative clusters on the 6 background of the development of clusters in Poland. The obtained research re7 sults are the effect of analysis on thorough inventory of clusters in Poland, which 8 took place with the participation of the author. The description has been made in 9 five basic areas: the number of clusters, year of creation, number and structure of 10 cluster members, employment in clusters, cluster specialization. The tools used in 11 the research were: telephone interviews, e-mail questionnaire and expert assess12 ment. 13

RELOCATION OF PRODUCTS IN THE WAREHOUSE, INCLUDING THE RESULTS OF ABC ANALYSIS IN TERMS OF NUMBER OF DOWNLOADS

The aim of the article was to implement the procedure for the relocation of groups of products in the warehouse of the company operating in the lighting industry. The article presents the assumptions, process and results of the ABC analysis in terms of number of downloads for 208 selected products offered by the company. The relocation of products was proposed with an indication of the benefits associated with the shortening of the order processing time as a result of changes of locations. 130 E. Kulińska, M.
