The use of social networks between the young foreigners who travel to Galicia and its implications in the tourist ambience

In this document we will announce the main conclusions to which it has gone over after interviewing students Erasmus and assistants of conversation who have traveled to Spain and known Galicia in 2014. The target of the study has been to analyze the use that they have made of the social networks during its stay in Spain, this way to know the targets for that they were looking at the time of consuming this type of supports, especially as for contacting persons in the same situation and in the consumption of social networks to look for tourist information.

Abstract We propose a communication which will reflect on the need for organizations –public and private wishing to operate internationally to have communicative resources that go beyond the purely linguistic and which meticulously care aspectos of non verbal communication that integrate and value the interculural communication.In the globalized world we live in, not to possess mastery of all the communicative processes in addressing international negotiations can be disastrous for organizations. In that sense, we propose a reflection on the main aspects that private and public organizations must take into account when planning international action.

Teachers' Perception on the Use of ODS Portal to Support Advanced Technologies in Order to Provide Open Access to Learning

The aim of this research work is to assess the degree of usability and usefulness of the Open Discovery Space portal for educational resources according to the perceptions of its users, namely teachers in primary and secondary education. Open Discovery Space has among its aims to serve as an instrument to share, reuse and put together the extended collection of educational content available in Europe. First, it involves school communities in innovative learning and teaching practices through the effective use of online learning resources. Besides, it promotes community building among schools in Europe by offering the chance to use, share and exploit resources collected in a wide collection of educational repositories. Finally, it promotes an European Web portal intended to satisfy the educational needs of the aforementioned communities. This portal has been designed as a community-oriented social platform where educators, students and parents can discover, acquire, analyse and adapt eLearning resources. This paper is focused on the usefulness of this portal, and includes details about a workshop developed by University of Vigo, Spain in the framework of the content and services usage and usability assessment activities in the framework of the Open Discovery Space project.
