The asymmetric unit of the title complex, [Cu(C11H16N3O)]ClO4, consists of two CuII ions coordinated by Schiff base ligands and two perchlorate anions. The Schiff base molecules are linked to the CuII atoms via three N atoms and one O atom, resulting in a square-planar geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds involving the NH groups as donors and O atoms of the perchlorate anions as acceptors are observed.

The determination of the mechanical parameters for the sizing of a road allows, according to the traffic to choose the minimal thickness for various layers. These parameters vary according to the climatic measurement in strong thermal stress zone (illumination) or in of low thermal stress zone (shade) In this work, a theatrical study on the temperature variation and the flow density determination method for every interface of the road structure is proposed in frequency dynamic modulation. This method highlights the influence of the climatic parameters such as the thermal exchange coefficient by radiation and the thermal exchange coefficient by convection.

In this article, we propose to determine by thermal electricanalogy of the thermoelectric parameters of a road bearing layer structure from the thermal impedance spectroscopy method. When the road surface is submitted to thermal constraints, a heat exchange phenomenon appears to be characterized by the radiation thermal exchange coefficient and the convection thermal exchange coefficient. The influenceof one of these coefficients compared with the other one on the road depends on its environment (shade or illumination). The determination of the thermal electric parameters allow the valid bearing layer thermal stability. The method used is the thermal impedance spectroscopy method.

The title compound, [ZnCl2(C18H14N4O)], crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit, which differ in the tautomeric (neutral and zwitterionic) forms of the coordinating organic ligand. In both molecules, the ZnII atom adopts a distorted square–pyramidal geometry by two N and one O atoms of the Schiff base ligand and two Cl atoms acting as monodentate chloride anions. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network parallel to the ac plane.

In the title complex, [MnCl2(C13H13N3)]·H2O, the MnII atom is in a distorted square-pyramidal environment, with an Addison τ parameter of 0.037. The coordination geometry is defined by three N-atom donors from the tridentate 2-(pyridin-2-yl)-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethylidene)ethanamine ligand and two terminal Cl atoms. Although the H atoms of the lattice water molecule were not located, O⋯O distances of 3.103 (7) Å and O⋯Cl distances of 3.240 (3) and 3.482 (4) Å suggest that hydrogen bonding is responsible for the stabilization of the crystal packing.
