O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar como a Revista Veja constroi o Lugar Ideologico para o MST na sociedade brasileira. Sao apresentados dados da pesquisa realizada e, para tanto, utilizamos como tecnica a pesquisa documental, cujo foco sao as capas da revista do periodo de 1995 ate 2012 em que houvesse mencoes em texto e imagem ao MST. Uma vez analisadas todas as capas selecionadas, pudemos verificar que no discurso dessa revista o MST (e podemos estender a qualquer outro movimento que crie oposicao ao sistema capitalista no Brasil) ocupa o lugar ideologico do criminoso, baderneiro, violento, louco, entre tantos outros significantes. Nessa logica, aquele que deve ser excluido da sociedade por apresentar risco a ordem social. Palavras-chave: ideologia; significante; discurso; psicologia social. ABSTRACT This article aims to analyze how the Veja magazine constructs the Ideological Place to the MST in Brazilian Society. This article show data of the researches realized, for this reason we used as a technical the documental research focusing on the covers of the magazine from 1995 until 2012 where there were mentions in text and image to the MST. Once analyzed all selected cases, we observed that the discourse of this magazine the MST (and we can extend to any other social movement that create opposition to the capitalist system in Brazil) takes the ideological place of the criminal, Hooligan, violent, mad, among many other signifiers. In this logic, the MST is that should be excluded from society because present risk to social order. Keywords: ideology; signifier; discourse; social psychology.

This article reflects on the differences amongst the concepts of favela and communities and examines the implications of this differentiation for psychosocial interventions in communities. Therefore, it is a review of the concept of community and discusses the construct from the Lacanian theory of the four discourses. Our aim is to reflect over the consequences for the community psychologist and other professionals who work with that population to establish themselves as “agents” of the social link in each of the four discourses modalities. Futhermore, we propose the Discourse of the Analyst the one to which enables the political field constitution.

RESUMO O objetivo deste artigo e refletir sobre os desafios postos para a pratica de educacao popular em saude num contexto de hegemonia do modelo biomedico nas acoes e politicas publicas de saude, bem como seu potencial democratizador e emancipador. Para tanto essa reflexao foi dividida em tres momentos: inicialmente se resgatou a historia e os principios da educacao popular, retomando especialmente as contribuicoes de Paulo Freire; na sequencia, se retomou as criticas de Michel Foucault sobre o modelo biomedico que caracteriza a saude moderna e os desafios para concretizar uma educacao popular no campo da saude baseada em principios democraticos, eticos e comprometida com as transformacoes sociais. Por ultimo, se retomou o movimento da educacao popular em saude, em especial, a partir das contribuicoes para esse campo, assim como as possibilidades/limites que se delineiam no horizonte do SUS com a institucionalizacao da Politica Nacional de Educacao Popular em Saude – PNEPS. ABSTRACT The aim of this article is to think about the challenges put for the practice of popular education in health in a context of hegemony of the model biomedical about the actions and public policies of health, as well as his potential of the democracy and emancipation. For so much this reflection was divided in three moments: initially there were rescued the history and the beginnings of the popular education, retaking specially the contributions by Paulo Freire; in the sequence, the criticism of Michel Foucault was retaken on the model biomedical what characterizes the modern health and the challenges to make a popular education real in the field of the health based on democratic beginnings, ethics and compromised with the social transformations. For last, there was retaken the movement of the popular education in health, specially, from the contributions for this field, as well as the possibilities / limits that outline in the horizon of the SUS with the institutionalization of the da National Politics of Popular Education in Health – “PNEPS”.
