Argument estimates of certain analytic functions defined by a class of multiplier transformations

Nak Eun Cho; H. M. Srivastava

The purpose of the present paper is to derive some inclusion properties and argument estimates of certain normalized analytic functions in the open unit disk, which are defined by means of a class of multiplier transformations. Furthermore, the integral preserving properties in a sector are investigated for these multiplier transformations. Relevant connections of the results, which are presented in this paper, with various known results are also considered.

Inclusion properties of certain classes of meromorphic functions associated with the generalized hypergeometric function

Nak Eun Cho; In Hwa Kim

Abstract The purpose of the present paper is to introduce several new classes of meromorphic functions defined by using a meromorphic analogue of the Choi–Saigo–Srivastava operator for the generalized hypergeometric function and investigate various inclusion properties of these classes. Some interesting applications involving these and other classes of integral operators are also considered.

Inclusion relationships for certain subclasses of meromorphic functions associated with a family of multiplier transformations

Nak Eun Cho; Oh Sang Kwon; H. M. Srivastava

The purpose of the present article is to introduce several new subclasses of meromorphic functions defined by using the multiplier transformation and investigate various inclusion relationships for these subclasses. Some interesting applications involving a certain class of integral operators are also considered.

Sandwich-type theorems for multivalent functions associated with the Srivastava-Attiya operator

Nak Eun Cho; In Hwa Kim; H. M. Srivastava

Abstract In the present paper, we investigate some subordination- and superordination-preserving properties for certain classes of analytic and multivalent functions in the open unit disk, which are associated with such multiplier transformations as the Srivastava–Attiya operator. Various sandwich-type theorems for functions belonging to these classes are also obtained.

A class of integral operators preserving subordination and superordination for meromorphic functions

Nak Eun Cho; Oh Sang Kwon; Shigeyoshi Owa; H. M. Srivastava

The purpose of the present paper is to investigate several subordination- and superordination-preserving properties of a certain class of integral operators, which are defined on the space of meromorphic functions in the punctured open unit disk. The sandwich-type theorem for these integral operators is also presented. Moreover, we consider an application of the subordination and superordination theorem to the Gauss hypergeometric function.

A class of nonlinear integral operators preserving subordination and superordination

Nak Eun Cho; H. M. Srivastava

In the present article, we obtain the subordination- and superordination-preserving properties of certain nonlinear integral operators defined on the space of normalized analytic functions in the open unit disk. A differential sandwich-type theorem for these integral operators is also presented.

Inclusion properties of certain subclasses of analytic functions defined by a multiplier transformation

Nak Eun Cho; Ji A Kim

The purpose of the present paper is to investigate some inclusion properties of certain subclasses of analytic functions associated with a family of Multiplier transformations, which are defined by means of the Hadamard product (or convolution).

Generating functions for a certain class of incomplete hypergeometric polynomials

Rekha Srivastava; Nak Eun Cho

Abstract In a recent paper, Srivastava et al. (2012) [23] introduced and studied some fundamental properties and characteristics of a family of potentially useful incomplete hypergeometric functions. The main object of this paper is to investigate several generating functions for a certain class of incomplete hypergeometric polynomials associated with them. Various (known or new) special cases and consequences of the results presented in this paper are also considered.

The Noor integral operator and strongly close-to-convex functions

Nak Eun Cho

The purpose of the present paper is to introduce some new subclasses of strongly close-to-convex functions defined by using the Noor integral operator and study their inclusion relationships with the integral preserving properties. Our results include several previous known results as special cases.

Certain subclasses of multivalent functions associated with a family of linear operators

J. Patel; Nak Eun Cho; H. M. Srivastava

The main object of the present paper is to investigate a number of inclusion relationships and some other useful properties of several interesting subclasses of analytic and p-valent functions, which are defined here by means of a certain linear operator. Relevant connections of the results presented here with those obtained in earlier works are also pointed out.
