Abstract Through an effectiveness of knowledge transfer, organizations can improve their performance and gain competitive advantage. It is believed there are several factors influencing the knowledge transfer effectiveness, including optimum budget allocation, culture, leadership, etc and also, there are various frameworks, models, and analytical tools that can be used to study the causal relationships between some key success factor and effectiveness of knowledge transfer. Based on existing models, this study aims to identify and discuss the key success factors that determine knowledge transfer effectiveness in a Garment Sentra in Kabupaten Sragen, which in turn influence positively the total performance of the enterprise. The proposed research model is tested via a questionnaire sent to 75 respondents which is part of small and medium enterprise in the Garment Sentra in Kabupaten Sragen; of those only 74 answered the questionnaire correctly. After questionnaire collected, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was used to analyze the research model of this study. The results of study showed that knowledge transfer effectiveness in a Garment Sentra in Sragen is influenced by two factors, i.e. organizational culture and organizational structure. The result of the study also proved that knowledge transfer effectiveness has impact on performance of enterprise through an increase in market share and profit.

Stroke is one cause of the most deaths, in which one way of handling stroke can be done with hydrotherapy. Hydrotherapy is a therapy that is done in the therapeutic pool which is filled with warm water in temperature 31°-34° C. When in the warm water, body burden becomes lighter, so the stroke patients with impaired movement of the body can train the nerves and muscles in order to restore the function of these organs. However, the warm water that is used for the therapy is produced by the heater that requires much electrical energy. This research discussed how to use solar energy to produce hot water using Indirect Evacuated Tube Solar Water Heater systems and make the control system for controlling the mixing process between the hot and cold water by using the Fuzzy Logic Control of the Mamdani method. Therapeutic pool system will be modeled using Simulink. Modeling the mixing process is made on the basis of mass balance and energy balance equations. Then the system will be simulated with interrupted condition and gets set value changes in a particular time. The FLC is successfully reached and maintained steady to a set value. The results will be compared to the performance of the one with Proportional Integral Derivative controller.

Purpose: The objectives of this study are to elaborate on the concepts, dimensions and elements of green supply chain management (GSCM) and develop a framework of GSCM implementation for the construction industry Design/methodology/approach: This paper presents the findings from a study where experts were asked to contribute their opinions related to GSCM in the construction industry. To develop the model, the Delphi method was used. The objective of this method is to achieve the most reliable consensus in a group of experts Findings: The research result is a developed framework for GSCM in the construction industry comprising five concepts, 22 dimensions, and 82 elements. Research limitations/implications: The limitation of this research is that its output was the discovered elements, but it did not cover the implementation of this model in construction projects, so some elements may be missing. Practical implications: The output of the research could give new perspective to manage the construction project based on Green Supply Chain Method. Social implications: The stakeholder of the construction project has to learn with this concept (Green Supply Chain) in order to improve construction’s project performance. Originality/value: The originality of this research is that it is a new theme in the area of the construction supply chain. Previous research merely considered the concept of GSCM in construction. Therefore, this research develops an assessment model for performance indicators of GSCM implementation in construction projects.

The development of construction project towards green construction is needed in order to improve the efficiency of construction projects. One that needs to be minimized is construction waste. Construction waste is waste generated from construction project activities, both solid waste and non solid waste. More specifically, the waste happens at every phase of the project life cycle. Project life cycle are the stage of idea, design, construction, and operation/maintenance. Each phase is managed by different stakeholders. Therefore it requires special handling from the involved stakeholders. The objective of the study is to map the information and identify the waste at each phase of the project life cycle. The purpose of mapping is to figure out the process of information and product flow and with its timeline. This mapping used Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Identification of waste was done by distributing questionnaire to respondents to know the waste according to owner, consultant planner, contractor, and supervisory consultant. The result of the study is the mapping of information flow and product flow at the phases of idea, design, construction, and operation/ maintenance. The development of construction project towards green construction is needed in order to improve the efficiency of construction projects. Petrokimia Gresik is one of the largest fertilizer producer in Indonesia which has a cross-country network of supply chain and distribution throughout the archipelago, either in bulk fertilizer or in bag fertilizer. This research was conducted at PT. PG port which is the main point of the logistics activities in the firm itself, either loading or unloading. This research focus on the process of loading the in bag fertilizer. Problems that occur in this process are due to the inefficiency of the flow of the Supply Chain, caused by the presence of waste and non-value-added activities. The purpose of this study was to determine what kind of waste that occurs during the process, as well as suggestions for improvements using the concept of Lean Supply Chain and Value Stream Mapping, and look for the cause of the problem using the 5 Whys method. The most influential types of waste during the process stream is Waiting Time (20.42%), and Non-Value Added activies of 51.9%. By using 5Whys, the largest cause of waste found are the length of the truck waiting for the cargo, numbers of crane are already inproper, and the absence of the scheduling and charge allocation. Recommended solutions are scheduling and allocation, creation of special line in the warehouse, and supplying cranes with appropriate load speed. Based on improvement suggestions, total NVA predicted to be reduced to 59.8%.Petrokimia Gresik is one of the largest fertilizer producer in Indonesia which has a cross-country network of supply chain and distribution throughout the archipelago, either in bulk fertilizer or in bag fertilizer.
