It is a method of preparing hypophosphorous acid with electrodialysis. It comprises an insoluble anode, an insoluble cathode and an aqueous solution of hypophosphite anions. The direct current, through the insoluble anode to cathode in electrical contact with the aqueous solution to generate H+, forms hypophosphorous acid solution. In the paper, we study the best term of different factors about the experiment. The process is simple, low cost and high efficient, It is a cleaner production without waste residue and waste water.

Finite element method is mainly applied in continuous mechanics, thermal conducting, electromagnetism field and so on. Its basic thought is that consider district as limited and conterminous units with certain rule, then combine system square and solve it. The fly ash-foam heat insulating material is a kind of inorganic -organic compound, containing more micron and sub-micron class pore structure and a great deal of hollow tiny bead. The mechanism of heat transmission is very complicated. Therefore, finding the mechanism of heat transmission will contribute to understanding the material how to keep temperature. It is instructive to enhance the performance of the material. In this paper, the thermal module of Finite element analysis is used to simulate the course of heat transmission of the fly ash-foam material. It shows that the result of simulation and measured value are accordant.

This paper suggests a technological process to oxidize stench sulfide wastewater containing dodecyl mercaptan with electrolyzing Na2SO4 in the presence of active carbon. Preliminary experiments were conducted and good results were obtained. Under the condition that electrolyzing 1%(m/V)Na2SO4 with 1A current and the reaction temperature remains 30 and the reaction time lasts 10 ~ 30 s, the stench dodecyl mercaptan was eliminated.

Tanghai wetland and bird nature protection area is a provincial level nature protection area. As a result of global climate change, the average temperature of Tanghai wetland has increased in the past 30 years. The change in temperature influences the water cycle directly. In this paper, the changing on Tanghai wetland water environment is explained from the temperature, precipitation, evaporation, water supply, water consumption and so on. In order to protect the wetland water environment, the method of restoration and management is provided.

The wastewater discharged from laboratories does harm to the environment, and there is no mature treatment method of it. According to the characteristics of laboratory wastewater , the coagulation treatment of the laboratory wastewater using inorganic polymer flocculants, such as PAC and PFS, was studied in this paper. The coagulation factors also studied include the optimum dosages of these flocculants, the pH value , the settling time and the different wastewater quality. The following research results were obtained: (1) PAC was the most appropriate flocculant in coagulation treatment of laboratory wastewater. (2) It can obtain the best effect when the dosage of PAC was 80 mg/l, pH was 5 and the settling time was 30 min.On this condition, the removal rate of turbidity was more than 95%,and the removal rate of COD was more than 40%. (3) Coagulation treatment can be a unit of laboratory wastewater processing , having a good pretreatment effect, Lay good foundation for the follow-up processing.
