Conceptual Modeling Methodology of Multifunction Sensors on the Basis of a Fractal Approach

Irina Petrova; Olga Shikulskaya; Mikhail Shikulskiy

The problems of the multifunction sensors development make inefficient of design traditional methods application. Work purpose is an effective approach creation to the analysis and synthesis of sensors physical functional principle and creation on its basis mathematical, algorithmic and informational software for multifunction quantity sensors conceptual design automation. Authors propose the problem solution method based on fractal approach application to the theory of energy and information circuit models. For this purpose the physical functional principle sensor modeling fractal concept and mechanisms of its realization are created. This work results are new computer technique, software for the automatic synthesis of the multifunction sensors physical functional principle and two new multifunction sensors utility models automatically generated by developed software.

Analysis of the Domestic and Foreign Research on the Shaft Spillway

Feng Nan; Wen-xin Zhu; Li Zhang; Tian-jiao Song; Guriev Alim; Olga Shikulskaya; Ludmila Boronina

This paper mainly expounds the current development of the shaft spillway at home and abroad and focuses on a new type of shaft spillway in Russia which is named polygonal shaft spillway because of its polygonal water funnel. This kind of spillway can greatly improve the discharge capacity of the shaft spillway. Meanwhile, it is easy to construct and is of low engineering cost and high durability.

Model of Decision-Making Support in Heterarchical System Management of Regional Construction Cluster

Dmitriy Anufriev; Irina Petrova; Olga Shikulskaya

In this paper, the necessity of creation of a common information space of a regional construction cluster is justified. It is shown that the regional construction cluster is a complex heterarchical system. The heterogeneity of the information environment caused by the fact that the entities as are united in a cluster of the primary production branch, and the accompanying industries, complicates the creation of the common information space supporting activities of a cluster. The functional and information simulation of the system is executed for the purpose of formation of the integrated information and communication environment of the Astrakhan regional construction cluster. The IDEF0 notation is used for business process modeling. Information modeling is executed in the notation of DFD. The model in the IDEF3 notation and the SwimLane diagram are developed for the description of processes logic and vertical and horizontal connections between them. The created models are a basis for the construction cluster portal development.

Management of higher education institution staff activity efficiency on the basis of flexible stimulation system

Dmitriy Anufriev; Olga Shikulskaya; Kanagat Dyusekeyev; Mikhail Shikulskiy

Research object is the system of the differentiated compensation of higher education institution staff. The stimulation systems of higher education institution staff operating in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries have been analysed by authors. The applied criteria of efficiency of higher education institutions in these countries are compared. Need of improvement of stimulation systems of higher education institution staff is proved. It is shown that the problem of staff qualification and efficiency of their work can be devided into two interconnected subtasks: definition of mechanism of the material stimulation of the higher education institution staff and formation of the flexible dynamic system of indicators adapted to the external conditions changing. For the first task solution the method of the system analysis was used, for the second task solution the methodology of the balanced system of indicators was used. As a result of the made research the strategic map, hierarchical system of criteria for evaluation of efficiency of activity of higher education institution staff are developed. Theoretical developments will be used in model of improvement of system of the differentiated compensation in higher education institution.

Cognitive analysis of the heavy metals influence on the aquatic ecosystem

Olga Shikulskaya; Ludmila Boronina; Marina Yurechko; Irina Petrova; Mikhail Shikulskiy

In this paper, a cognitive analysis of the factors of the influence of heavy metals on the aquatic ecosystem is performed. Its purpose is to simplify and to improve the efficiency of further modeling process of the aquatic ecosystems under the heavy metals influence identification on the basis of a neural network. The analysis revealed the least important factors to ignore them in the simulation.

Information intelligent model of the aquatic ecosystem state identification under the heavy metals influence

Olga Shikulskaya; Ludmila Boronina; Marina Yurechko; Irina Petrova; Mikhail Shikulskiy

In this paper the authors have analyzed the heavy metals influence on the ichthyo fauna state and systematized it, classified the aquatic ecosystem states, developed the mathematical model for their identification based on a modified Perceptron, to create a functional and information-logical model of information system to study the heavy metals influence on the living organisms. The article presents the ongoing research in its initial stage. The model using will solve a number of problems of studies of the heavy metals influence on the living organisms in biogeochemical conditions in the Lower Volga region and improving environmental conditions.
