This article shows different kinds of cumulative indicators in various fields of knowledge are widely used for the object’s status or processes assessment. Its main purpose is to give a comprehensive assessment the selected object characteristics. Such indicators are easy to use and serve as a kind of sensors as their deviations from certain given values indicate changes in state of the object and its suggested further analysis. The indicator sensitivity to an object state changing at different levels of its hierarchy is directly connected with the choice of the object decomposition level on which the integral component constructed. Keywords—integral criteria, methods of artificial intelligence, information technology.

The paper presents a system for visualizing and analyzing multivariate data for distinguishing the major aspects of aggregating data without applying the quantitative analysis method and instant diagnosis of a pregnant woman’s health condition. The paper justifies the necessity of processing multivariate data with the use of the “NovoSpark Visualizer” specialized software suite. An illustrating example as well as the evaluation of pregnant women’s health on the basis of real data is presented.

Abstract This paper investigates the internationalization of education, specifically technology education in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). Through a conducted case study of a course in a Master of Information Technology (MIT) program development, it investigated the challenges that TPU faced and how they could overcome the challenges in internationalizing their programs and curricula. The research adopted a qualitative case study research method. It used survey, observation and documentations as the data collection techniques, as they are best suited for this research. Ten students were involved in a delivery of a course in a developed internationalized MIT program. The research team observed how the students learnt, whether there were challenges and difficulties in the delivery of course learning and how they were overcome. The results showed that the students were highly satisfied with the course developed and they believed they greatly benefited from the developed course.

The main peculiarity of decision-making systems is their growing mathematization. The reason for applying mathematical principles is usability of simple procedures capable of being performed on a computer. In addition, most of the tasks solved on computer are of algorithmic nature; require solution existence and consistent computational methods. Classical solution is unique and reliable in a finite amount of time via search methods.
