Governança em plataformas logísticas: uma análise dos elementos e atributos a serem considerados neste tipo de empreendimento logístico

EMBALAGENS INTELIGENTES NA LOGÍSTICA DE CARGA: DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PROTÓTIPO

Introdução As atividades logísticas são fundamentais para a dinâmica de um centro urbano. Em 2011 as perdas mundial no transporte de alimentos chegou a 1⁄3 da produção, aumentar a eficiência e segurança na distribuição de cargas que requerem um alto controle sobre as condições do meio é um grande desafio para as empresas 1 , as embalagens não devem ter mais um papel passivo na proteção e comercialização do produto. As embalagens inteligentes monitoram as características do ambiente e do produto, podendo fornecer informações em tempo real e tomar decisões sobre suas condições e trajetos2. Com o maior desenvolvimento e aplicação das embalagens e suas informações compartilhadas em grande escala, será possível o gerenciamento da cadeia de suprimentos dentro do conceito de Internet das Coisas (IoT).

Intelligent Packaging and the Internet of Things in Brazilian Food Supply Chains: The Current State and Challenges

In developing countries, significant food losses occur during distribution. The use of technologies such as Intelligent Packaging (IP) and the Internet of Things (IoT) may provide improvements in controlling the distribution of food products, minimizing losses. This paper identifies the Brazilian food supply chains current technological state and their receptivity to the IP and IoT technologies adoption. The analysis was based on a survey with logistics professionals from the country’s largest food companies, which represent 75.3 % of this market (in sales). The results show that these companies do not currently use IP and that a few use what they consider to be IoT systems. Cost is the greatest barrier to the use of these technologies; however, the lack of knowledge about these technologies also represents a strong barrier to their use.

PLATAFORMAS LOGÍSTICAS: DIMENSÕES E ATRIBUTOS DA GOVERNANÇA

Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as publicacoes acerca das dimensoes e atributos utilizados na governanca publica e identificar os aspectos que possam colaborar com a governanca das plataformas logisticas, as quais sao consideradas empreendimentos logisticos de grande porte que atendem a uma area ou regiao, onde se concentram atividades relacionadas a logistica, distribuicao de produtos, dentre outras, e contam com a presenca de diversos atores. A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada classifica-se, quanto ao nivel, como exploratoria, e a estrategia de pesquisa utilizada foi a revisao bibliografica. O metodo de pesquisa utilizado foi o qualitativo. Foram analisadas 53 publicacoes compostas por 103 autores, e como resultado desta pesquisa identificou-se um conjunto de dezoito dimensoes compostas por 35 atributos de desempenho. Os atributos associados a governanca publica apresentam aspectos relevantes e aplicaveis em plataformas logisticas e podem contribuir para a adequada gestao e conducao deste tipo de empreendimento logistico.

A Procedure for the Selection of a Supply Network Risk Mitigation Strategy in Relational Arrangements

A proper management of the relationships among the partners in a supply network is key factor for increasing the competitive advantage in a global environment. The dynamic nature of these relationships, influenced by the heterogeneous mix of partners, increases the complexity of risk profiles and requires an appropriate approach for risk management. Supply network risk management (SNRM) consists of identification of risks, their evaluation and implementation of risk mitigation strategies in a supply network environment. This paper presents an additional procedure to select the appropriate strategy to mitigate risks in a SNRM framework. This procedure complements the Tummala and Schoenherr’s SNRM framework, including a model which identifies the behavior of relationships between network partners. A test case from the literature is used to validate this approach. Finally, the results are compared with two different works that used the same case study.
