The colourless compounds Na3OCl and Na3OBr have been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction techniques. Na3OCl crystallizes in a cubic primitive lattice with a = 450.0(3) pm (Z = 1). Na3OBr is isotypic with Na3OCl and its lattice constant is a = 457.3(5) pm. The structures are related to the anti-perowskitetype

CsNaTe - Darstellung und Charakterisierung von Cäsiumnatriumtellurid / CsNaTe - Preparation and Characterization of Cesium Sodium Telluride

Abstract The dark green compound CsNaTe has been prepared. The characterization by X-ray powder methods leads to a tetragonal lattice (P4/nmm) with a = 530.8 (4), c = 853.2 (1) pm and Z = 2. The structure ist related to the PbFCl structure type.

Notizen: Die Kristallstruktur von KLiTe / The Crystal Structure of KLiTe

The crystal structure of KLiTe described earlier as a dark grey powder compound has been determined by X-ray diffraction of single crystals. Very hygroscopic KLiTe crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4/nmm (Z = 2) with the cell parameters a = 483.0(1) and c = 770.4(2) pm. The structure was determined from 211 independent reflections by Patterson and Fourier methods (R = 0.013; wR = 0.013).

Kristallstruktur von K4O(CN)2 / Crystal Structure of K4O(CN)2

Colorless K4O(CN)2 has been prepared. The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal anti-K2NiF4 structure type (space group I4/mmm) with a = 515.5(1) and c = 1606.7(3) pm, Z = 2. The structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, R = 3.35%.
