Resistivity behavior of B2-type Fe1−xAlx (x=0.25∼0.49) intermetallic compound singlecrystals

Abstract The resistivities of B2-type Fe 1−x Al x (x=0.25∼0.49) compound singlecrystals were investigated in the temperature range of 4.5∼1120K and the relations between composition, temperature and resistivity were revealed. The results show that the resistivity ϱ is proportional to T 2 below 100K and the transition points above room temperature correspond to Fe 1−x Al x (x=0.25∼0.30) order ferromagnetic Curie temperature.
