PSICOLOGIA E A FORMAÇÃO PARA A SAÚDE: EXPERIÊNCIAS FORMATIVAS E TRANSFORMAÇÕES CURRICULARES EM DEBATE

Reflexiones recientes han ampliado el papel de los psicologos en el campo de la salud, principalmente a traves de su inclusion en el Sistema Unico de Salud (SUS), lo q Isabella Cristine ue ha representado muchos desafios, tanto en las practicas como en la construccion de conocimientos orientados a las nuevas demandas. En este contexto, la formacion en salud ha sido una de las principales cuestiones a las que se enfrentan las instituciones de educacion superior, destacandose aqui los pregrados en Psicologia. El articulo trata de un relato de experiencia de la materia Practicas Integradas de Trabajo de septimo semestre de la carrera de Psicologia de la Universidad do Estado de Ceara (UECE), cuyo tema central es “Psicologia y Salud.” Esta materia trata de ampliar la comprension de los conceptos y practicas que implica la atencion a los procesos de salud-enfermedad, desde la reflexion critica de los estudiantes en el campo de la salud publica. Los estudiantes llevan a cabo actividades practicas, estudios sistematicos y supervision de las actividades que abarcan los distintos niveles de atencion en salud. Se destaca de esta experiencia el entrenamiento y las implicaciones experienciales, como: el compromiso social de la universidad con la politica publica; la reduccion de la brecha entre la teoria y la practica; la actualizacion de curriculos “vivos” ajustados a la agenda publica de la formacion de los psicologos; y la supervision como estrategia educativa que lleva a la praxis.Recent reflections have amplified psychologists’ performance area to the health field, mainly because of their insertion in the Unified Health System (SUS), which has meant several challenges for them, both in the praxis and in the knowledge construction oriented to new demands. In this context, the formation in health care has been one of the greatest questions to be faced by the higher level educational institutions, stressing here the Psychology undergraduate courses. This work brings an experience report of the subject “Integrated Practices of Work” from the 7th semester of the Psychology undergraduate course at the State University of Ceará (UECE), whose thematic area is “Psychology and Health”. This subject aims to expand the concepts and practices’ comprehension of the processes involving health-sickness care, from the critical reflection of the students in the field of public health. Students conduct practical activities, systematic studies and supervisions in numerous levels of attention. It is possible to highlight, from this experience, some formative and experiential implications such as: the University’s social commitment with public policies, the reduction of the distance between theory and practice; the update of “live” curriculums according to the public agenda of the psychologist’s’ formation; and the supervision as an educational strategy for promoting praxis.

As Representações Sociais De Profissionais Da Atenção Primária Sobre O Cuidado Em Saúde Mental: Por Outros Horizontes (Des)Institucionalizantes? / The Social Representations Of Primary Care Professionals On Care In Mental Health

O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a relacao entre as Representacoes Sociais dos profissionais da Estrategia Saude da Familia (ESF) sobre o cuidado em Saude Mental e a organizacao das praticas e acoes de atencao a Saude Mental no municipio de Horizonte CE. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de carater exploratorio-descritivo realizada em 4 Unidades Basicas de Saude (UBS) do municipio de Horizonte CE, de fevereiro a junho de 2015, tendo como sujeitos do estudo26profissionais que compoem as EqRSF e NASF que atuam nas UBS selecionadas. A coleta de dados realizou-se mediante ao emprego da Tecnica de Associacao Livre de Palavras (TALP), associada a aplicacao de entrevistas semi-estruturada se observacao sistematica. Para analise das informacoes levantadas, utilizou-se como referencial a Analise de Conteudo. Como marco teorico regulador do presente estudo, escolheu-se a Teoria das Representacoes Sociais e a Psicologia Social. Os resultados do estudo demonstraram Representacoes Sociais do cuidado em Saude Mental ligadas a nocao de bem-estar e equilibrio individual, a praticas de cuidado medicalizantes e ambulatoriais e a ideia de ser algo desafiador e ineficiente. Com isso, viu-se afetacoes diretas no fluxo da RAPS, com dificuldades de comunicacao entre os servicos, limitacoes na implementacao de tecnologias de cuidado integrais e praticas de cuidado de tendencia institucionalizante. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between the social representations of professionals of the Family Health Strategy (ESF) on care in Mental Health and the organization of practices and actions of attention to Mental Health in the city of Horizonte-CE. It is a qualitative research of exploratory and descriptive held on 4 Basic Health Units (UBS) in the city of Horizonte CE, of february to june of 2015, study participants are 26 professionals who make up the EqRSF and NASF who work in the selected UBS. The data survey took place as from the Free Association of Technical Words (TALP), associated with the application of semi-structured interviews and systematic observation. To analyze the information gathered was used as a reference the Content Analysis. As guiding of this study, we chose the Theory of Social Representations and Social Psychology. The study results demonstrated social representations of care in mental health linked to welfare notion and individual balance, to medicalized and ambulatory care practices and the idea of be challenging and inefficient. With that, was observed direct affectations in the flow of RAPS, with difficulties in communication between services, restrictions in the implementation of care integral technologies and care practices of tendency institutionalizing.
