No emissions, no noise, unattended, safe and modular installation, are characteristics of the PV generation system, making it particularly suitable for applications in the field of distributed power generation. A 53kW distributed PV generation system has been built for our research. Micro-grid framework is adopted in the system, which installed all the three generations of PV technologies, and integrated two types of PV systems with different topologies, including centralized integration and DC modular integration. Based on this system, we had studied the operating features of distributed PV generation system. We had found that: l) Due to the high voltage level, the efficiency of the centralized PV generation system was higher than the DC module system by 13.34%; 2) Under the same shadow condition, the power lost ratio of centralized system was 3 times as the DC modular system. Based on the experimental results, this paper further proposed a kind of optimized integration technology.
