The article is focused on using the Tecnomatix Jack software module to solve logistics in selected company. By creating simulations of the information and gained knowledge, by selecting appropriate analyzes, Tecnomatix jack offers the possibility of organizing the workplace both ergonomically and logistically. The first part of article is oriented on theoretical knowledge of given problem. It´s focused on linking logistics and ergonomics in company and characterizes Tecnomatix Jack software. The second part deals with practical aspect of the issue and discusses the current state of workplace and proposals for improving workplace ergonomics solution for the planned new hall.

The article deals with an application of cluster analysis in stock area designing. There was designed the model of application of cluster analysis in stock area designing, which was depicted on practical example and with that was verified the applicability of the designed model. Cluster analysis forms the clusters according to the similarity of finished products. According to the resulting clusters is divided the stock of finished products, for which is created 2D and 3D layout model of the stock.

The paper deals with the mechatronical system, that are necessary during the implementation of the production processes in the companies. Mechatronics systems is a relatively new approach to product design and development, merging the principles of electrical, mechanical, computer and industrial engineering. Examples include robots, photocopiers, PC disk drives, sensors, automotive equipment sucha s anti-lock braking systems and many others. This paper focuses on robots and their possibilities of commissioning to the real production processes.

The paper deals with application of simulation software for optimizing lines dealing with the manufacture of doors a car. The introduction is described briefly compare advantage and disadvantages of applying simulation in different processes [2]. It also includes a brief description of the manufacturing process of a car doors. Based on the results of simulation software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation evaluates two potential variants of optimization [10].

Article deals with the possibilities of modelling and simulating in program Extend. It is a simple tool that allows you to model and carry out simulation of specified process to create a good precondition for decision-making. The development of simulation tools and their introduction into industrial practice is the now common practice, particularly in large enterprises. In these turbulent times it is only a matter of time before these virtual tools are commonly used in small businesses.

This contribution is focused on the analyze the possibilities of increasing the power of two-stroke internal combustion engine and their consequential execution in the practice. Currently dealing with these issues major manufacturers of motorcycle international brands, but also service technicians of professional riders, as well as regular users of motorcycles. The basic objective of this paper is the issue of increasing power output for single-trace motor vehicles, and objective of the experiment was to increase performance through volumetric efficiency, i.e. increase indicated mean effective pressure. The results of the experiment were tested on the specific equipments and in practice. In conclusion paper presents the benefits and results of the experiment. By means of measurements on the performance brake, in the final stage of paper is tested by how much increased power output of the engine after modification, compared to the production engine.

The paper provides a description of production structure reconfiguration by means of cluster analysis. The production segmentation was based on input information on the production of a valve which consists of individual parts and runs through production machines and devices integrated into given layout plan. The result of this segmentation is a proposal of a new layout plan of valve production.

The paper deals with optimization of the production process in a selected company. The proposal of elimination of bottlenecks that were revealed in the analysis of the production process is described here in this paper. For clarity and zooming of the production process models were processed in a simulation software module from Siemens PLM Software - Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Improvement suggestions will help to reduce the time of production operations, to improve product quality, to facilitate the work of the staff and to increase economic efficiency of production. The application of PLM software enables companies to analyze and easily develop manufacturing processes in the future, or to build new processing lines and departments [4]. It will help to optimize the current state of workplace and will allow easier data management throughout the life cycle, not just within this particular company, but throughout the corporation to which the enterprise belongs.

The nature of the application of ABC/XYZ analysis lies in the use one of the simple tools of quality management. It is based on the Pareto Principle 20/80. It can be applied in a variety of modifications and various areas of the production value chain. This article is formulated as a case study of ABC/XYZ analysis in practice and its contribution to the development the company material portfolio.
