Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of the Magnetic Levitation Cylindrical Linear Motion Guide

The principle of the magnetic levitation cylindrical linear motion guide and the theory of vibration analysis were introduced. By finite element analysis software ANSYS, modal analysis for guide was made to get the natural frequencies and vibration modes, the harmonic response analysis was also made to get the displacement response by the cutting force on the basis of modal analysis, and the influence of displacement on electromagnetic force was analysised.

Analysis and Optimization of Marine Pumps Take-Off and Landing Platform Based on ANSYS

Marine pumps take-off and landing platform is one of the important parts on the dredger, with its high performance, high benefit, make the pump under complex conditions running steadily, work safely and reliably, to ensure that the concentration of desilting. Its finite element model was established by applying the software ANSYS, the static analysis and buckling analysis of the model was carried out, the bench structure was improved according to the results of the analysis, in order to predict the performance of the work at the design stage, and provide theoretical basis for structure optimization design platform.

Matching Research on Commercial Vehicle Driveline Based on Cruise

Take a commercial vehicle driven by rear-wheel as an example, the vehicle model is established using parameters of engine and vehicle based software CRUISE, and the method is introduced for calculating vehicle resistance based on data of the coasting test. The advantage and disadvantage of driveline were obtained among arbitrary combinations of driveline system with the existing three kinds of transmission and four kinds of retarder through the simulation and linear weighted combination method for dynamic dynamics property and fuel economy to convert to single target function. The results show that A2 / B1 is the best driveline solution which dose not only have good dynamic performance, but also good fuel economic. The selection basis is provided for power transmission system component through simulation for vehicle.

Fault-Tolerant Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor

The principle and characteristics of Fault-tolerant Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor are introduced. The design or computational method of the polar distance of concentrated winding coil, the armature parameters, the armature winding parameters, the coil diameter, the distance from the adjacent armature windings are given. The magnetic thrust equation is derived, and the core issues are analyzed. It provided theoretical basis for structural optimization of the Fault-tolerant Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor.

The Analysis of Radial Magnetic Bearing’s Magnetic Field in Active Magnetic Bearing Electric Spindle Unit

Introduced the working principle of active magnetic bearing unit and took the electric spindle with 5.5kW for example, finite element analysis of the magnetic fields of radical magnetic bearing was analyzed through finite element analysis by ANSYS software to find out the variation of magnetic field distribution and affecting factors. Analysis results showed that radical magnetic bearing had small leakage magnetic field, the principal axis’ maximum offset from the ideal center line was 0.0025mm and the principal axis had superior radical running accuracy when the circularity of supporting journal on principal axis was 0.003mm, the unilateral air-gap value was 0.3mm while the principal axis suspended normally and the inside track’ circularity of magnetic pole was 0.007mm. It can meet the working requirements of precision machine tool. The research results provided theoretical basis for structural optimization of the active magnetic bearing unit.

Transient Dynamic Analysis of Maglev Linear Feed Unit

Abstract. The magnetic levitation linear feed unit is a new type of machine features. In machining, the tool and workpiece interaction force will be delivered to the table and make the deformation, resulting in processing errors of machine tools, machining of precision and surface quality. In this paper we established three-dimensional finite element model of the table of feed unit, use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis of the transient dynamic analysis of the pre-designed table and improve the structure of the table at the design stage and forecast performance of the table and provide a theoretical basis for structure optimization.

Research on Electromagnetic Field Analysis of Magnetic Levitation Rail Machine

This paper introduced the working principle of magnetic levitation rail machine and carried out the magnetic analysis. Take the weight of 132N simulation workbench prototype for example, finite element analysis of rail electromagnetic fields is applied through ANSYS software to find out the variation law of magnetic field distribution and affecting factors. Analysis shows that magnetic levitation rail machine has small leakage magnetic field, high load capacity and large anti-external disturbances capacity if the parallelism and the straightness of magnetic levitation rail machine are no more than 0.1mm and 0.2mm respectively when the table is suspended normally. The research results provides theoretical basis for structural optimization of the magnetic levitation rail machine.
