Based on transfer function of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter, parameter static sensitivity formula is deduced, and a preliminary comparison of sensitivity is obtained. Furthermore, parameter dynamic trajectory sensitivity analysis approach is utilized to assess difficulty and precision of parameter identification by employing different disturbance tests, such as sudden change in irradiance, power grid fault, and so on. Parameter sensitivity analysis of photovoltaic power system is performed, and a step identification strategy is proposed.

To tackle the active power control problems of large-scale photovoltaic(PV) power stations, a coordination control strategy for PV station clusters was developed in this paper. This method proposed concept of PV station clusters according to the substation in which they connect together. Meanwhile, the power dispatch order would be allocated to PV station clusters by considering ultra-short-term forecasting power from each cluster. The principle of allocation is based on the percentage of forecasting power and combined with fairness. And then, Haixi grid integrating large-scale photovoltaic power stations is introduced as an example. PV stations in this area were partitioned into five clusters and the case of ultra-short-term forecasting power exceeds dispatch power order was studied. The simulation results show that the strategy can allocate power optimally according to the ultra-short-term forecasting, and ensure the PV generation power of Haixi area does not exceed the dispatch constraint.

To establish accurate grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) power generation model is the basic of studying PV generation control, protection and mechanism of interaction with power grid. In the paper, the assumptions and requirements of model validation standard FGW-TG4 will be explained, and the result of grid voltage disturbance test will be compared to simulation result based on a generic modeling approach. Defining periods of before, during and after voltage drop, the deviations between simulations and measurements were calculated, and the deviation was within an allowed range.

The photovoltaic (PV) generation is growing quickly, so it is particularly necessary to investigate the interaction of PV generation and power system. In this paper, the modeling of PV generation unit for power system studies is investigated. The model structure is introduced, and the control model is developed to meet the grid requirements of Chinese standard. The impact of solar irradiation variation is considered in the model. Finally, the simulation results are given.
