The rare decays

High-Precision Charm-Quark Mass from Current-Current Correlators in Lattice and Continuum QCD

Precise Charm to Strange Mass Ratio and Light Quark Masses from Full Lattice QCD

The Upsilon spectrum and the determination of the lattice spacing from lattice QCD including charm quarks in the sea

B_s \to \phi \mu^+ \mu^-

Precise heavy-light meson masses and hyperfine splittings from lattice QCD including charm quarks in the sea

are now being observed with enough precision to test Standard Model predictions. A full understanding of these decays requires accurate determinations of the corresponding hadronic form factors. Here we present results of lattice QCD calculations of the

B \to K^* \ell^+ \ell^-

B_s \to \phi

B_s \to \phi \ell^+ \ell^-

form factors; we also determine the form factors relevant for the tree-level decays
