Psychological Aspects of the Kosova Crisis

This article evaluates the entry of NATO into the Kosova conflict, briefly answering five relevant questions, examining Serb motives, and presenting arguments for and against NATO entering the conflict.

The chief landmark in the study of public opinion in the Communist world is the big Harvard study of Soviet defectors and nonreturners, recently summarized by Bauer, Inkeles, and Kluckhohn (2).
