The UAS are largely used both in civilian and operational theatre missions. The current paper shows an examples for the turning and the spiral as simple maneuvers are also relevant to the development of new tactical capabilities of small UAS through improving the performance itself.

This work aims to assess how the infrastructure of production & transport of the electric energy can be annihilated in a nation-state through a cyber attack, as a particular form of manifestation of cybernetic warfare. In this study we consider that the purpose of the cyber attack is only to remove servers from service, logically or physically. There are several standards that integrate the business side of a company with the level of supervision of industrial infrastructure and with the level of control engineering. These levels are integrated and are using different protocols. To simulate cyber-attacks between the countries with flexible potential escalation there are used BDI (Belief-Desire-Intention) agents which allow to separate treatment of different types of attacks. Inspired by the study of nuclear attacks implemented using the game theory, the flexibility of the BDI paradigm increases research potential of decision trees using this type of agent in other areas of human existence, like modeling human behavior at policy states makers or cyberspace executive users.

This paper treats the new phenomenon of cyber-war as a new form of human violence between states. The concept of cyber-attack is a particular form of cybernetic war and it is one expensive in terms of cost. We tried to achieve a uniform approach of technological and sociological type using BDI agents and thus making the step to addressing computational sociology of cyberspace. We present two patterns of massive type attacks applicable in cyber space using BDI agents. The approach using BDI agents turned to be flexible and capable to model complex forms of cyber bullying that can occur between two countries in future.

The paper presents an expert system dedicated to investment decisions in winemaking. The system was implemented in two versions: a Matlab fuzzy inference system, which is illustrated for the calculus of the feasibility and a standalone application illustrated for the calculus of the costs, which was developed with the help of a new visual fuzzy-expert system development shell, conceived in Aurel Vlaicu University.

In the European Union, forests and other wooded areas cover a total of 177.8 million hectares, which represents approximately 40% of the EU total area and an area similar to that used for agricultural purposes (183.9 million hectares). Germany, Spain, France, Finland and Sweden make up over three-fifths of the area covered by forests in the EU. Our paper shows the distribution of forested areas in the EU and their importance in comparison with the agricultural area of each Member State. In 2014, the EU represents about 12 % of global timber volume harvested timber from forests and woodlands on its surfaces rising to 392.9 million m 3 . Forestry, logging and related services covering timber production and extraction and harvesting of forest products that grow in the wild. In addition to industrial round wood, forests produce firewood, too. In some regions, non-timber forest products are also an important source of local income. In the research approach, we considered necessary and appropriate to perform a comparative analysis of the situation of Romanian forest similar to that of the main European Union countries, to identify measures that some of them have tried, and even managed to increase a rational exploitation of afforested areas forest resources. The results conducted to a comparative analysis of the National Forest and the main EU countries’ Systems, to identify possible starting points for grounding new sustainable development strategies, given their similar experience. Key words: economical, forest, management, exploitations, public and private property. Article DOI: http://doi.org/10.15544/RD.2015.039
